The staff are amazing. The reception we received was lovely and everyone was happy to say "hello" Check in was quick and easy and the lovely young man showed us to our room. The room, C15 was large and really clean. Two single beds had been pushed together and a really comfortable mattress topper made it comfortable. Every day the room was cleaned and fresh water was supplied. The location for Lamai Beach could not be better, just 300 metres from the noisy area but very quiet. The beach was regularly cleaned and the swimming pool spotless. The 'Wiil Wait' bakery restaurant is right next door and you must go there. Everything we asked for was catered for and though the furniture in our room was worn it didn't matter, this was one of the friendliest places we've ever stayed

Lamai beach can get full of rubbish washed ashore but most of the hotels now seem to clean it up. Lamai beach has changed over the years and there are now a lot of 'girly bars', in my opinion not the best for families

Super nice bungalow on the beach, nice staff, cleaned the room every day and provided fresh towels

The WiFi-Signal was quite bad, we couldn't stream anything and sometimes even googling stuff wasn't possible.

The hotel is really good, comfortable beds and the pool and beach access are great. You must try “Will wait” the restaurant

Our checkin was just giving us the keys this is really rare in Thailand we’re they gave you a very warm welcoming. -1Wifi doesn’t work well on D rooms. What I really do not understand is that people “reserve “ sun beds but they don’t use it more Than 1 hour per day, I know this is not hotel fault but they should do something cause there re enough for everyone. You can see the photo about 8/9am all empty just w towels.

Right by the beach, and very quiet with no loud bars nearby.

The property needed more sunloungers, there weren't enough and some were quite broken. There wasn't any policing of the 'no towels' on sun lounger policy so even in early morning most were occupied by invisible people on their towels!

The location is great, directly on Lamai beach but also at the street with lots of shops and restaurants. The bungalows are quiet and you can hear the waves of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that the bungalow had several windows with mosquito net so that you can open them. The furniture is a bit old fashioned but totally fulfills its purpose with lots of place to store things.

When people in the four story building in front of the cabins sit on their balconies, you can hear everything they say. The cabins have little sound protection, morning birds wake you up very early

The location is great, you wake up with various bird songs and they have direct access to the beach. The only downside was that they didn't open the restaurant/cafe at the beach when I was staying there, so carrying stuff from the convenience store was a drag.

Bungalows were amazing 100mtrs from the Beach, staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely overlooking the sea. Would definitely go back.

Only downside not much privacy as overlooked by Bungalows opposite and next door
