The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They also offer free transportation to the Central Festival Mall, which is close to the hotel. They also have free snacks and water in the lobby. The rooms are very clean and our overall experience was wonderful.
The only thing I truly disliked was the breakfast. The items served were very limited and almost everything contained pork. Getting tourists from all over the world, they should consider the fact that not all religions and cultures allow eating pork.

Myself and my family love moose hotel. We frequent Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai so it's a perfect place to stay. The tuk tuk shuttle is really convenient as it takes you to Central Festival Mall and will even take you to the hospital. It's a little out of price range, but it's helpful that they have snacks and drinks available all day. My kids love getting the hot chocolate any time we arrive from being out. Anytime we get back home they always chant, "we want Moose Hotel, We want Moose Hotel". Of course the goats are a nice attraction for the kids. The rooms are nice a spacious and the beds are comfy.
Nothing not to like. Would love if the family rooms were more affordable, but I understand the value for the price.

The Moose did a great job from Friendliness/Attention to any needs arising. Breakfast offered good variety ( omelet station). Even a live pygmy goat experience. Will recommend it easily.
Once the restaurant portion is complete it will be a totally inclusive experience.

Shower is tub style and very high to step in and out. I am 6' and it was difficult. Water spilled easy on the floor making it dangerous. There should be a step stool in the bathroom
