The Y Smart Hotel

Perfect locations for the bus terminal just over the road. We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover in between bus journeys. The property is clean and comfortable. The area isn’t touristy and there isn’t much going on but there’s enough food options a short walk away.

The room was pretty small but I think some are bigger for more money. No problem for a night though.

It’s right next to the bus station and not too far from the airport, so great for onward travel. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. There are shops and food in walking distance. We were also pleased to be able to check in later since our bus got in late and they’re very responsive when you message.

Very convenient for the bus terminal 2 minute walk so I was off the bus and checked in fast also for me it was a 30 minute walk to where I had to go so nicely situated for my needs There is no food but plenty of places outside within 2 minute walk McDonald’s about 10 minute if that and of course 7/11 shopping mall 15 minute walk Big C about 20 minute Nice coffee served at hotel This is perfect for a stopover if you are to catch a bus Overall clean throughout my room was quite small but it did have a huge bed Tv is Thai only

Right in front of the bus station.very clean and good staff.

I requested a lower room due to back problem, ending up 3rd floor. However they acknowledged and apologized in advance. I think they handled it rather well.

We only stayed for one night. It was conveniently located a one minute walk to the bus station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind.

this was a great hotel, very clean and the staff were very friendly. this was very convenient hotel if you’re catching the bus the following day, only a 2 minute walk to the bus terminal. would definitely recommend to anyone

Good location for the bus stop, so good for a stop over but if your staying longer you want to be closer to old town

Was quite loud at night with people coming and going

The location is perfect if you're headed to Chiang Khong by bus. The terminal is a half block away. The place is simple and immaculately clean. Air con is perfect, bathroom is lovely. This is a gem.

Great for the night after getting off the bus late. Comfy, clean and easy.
