Hotel attic

Location was great, 1 street behind XiMenDing which is the tourist and shopping hub. Room was large and clean with big window that faces the street, lots of natural light with blackout curtains. Table top, ledge and mini cupboard, but no space to lay out luggage. There's a little hanging nook, but no way to lay out clothes. Toilets were clean and included a bath tub and bath mat. Free bottled water and a water dispenser outside the room. We came an hour before official check in and were allowed to check in early at no additional cost. Staff was friendly and efficient. Instructions given were clear in both English and Chinese. When we checked out, we left our bags to wander and came back and picked up. Staff on both days were great and friendly and very welcoming.

Location was good and a short walk away from metro ximending exit 1. Extremely hot water that can be used for onsen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, drinking water readily available and free biscuits with flavoured drinks in the lounge/rest area. Coin laundry on site.

There was no control over air conditioning (Central) and most of the time the room was not cool enough. The table fan provided helped a little but the noise coming from it disturbs sleep. Our room was rather cramped and there was little space for us to pack our shopping with our luggage fully open.

The location was great- Could do lots of shopping near Ximen. The hotel has very cozy and inviting vibes. The slanted attic windows added a very nice and unique touch to the rooms. It was extremely clean and the staff cleaned our room well each day. We enjoyed the comfortable bath tub as well. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, helped us to book a taxi back to the airport. :)

The bed was a little soft for our liking but it was still comfortable.

Once the lift door opens on floor 10, you'll be greeted by the modern chic decor of the hotel. Helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms plus the excellent location (edge of ximending so not noisy). Rooms come with bathtubs. Very near to cafes and local eateries. Opposite the hotel is a small park that is both charming and relaxing. Next to reception counter is a water dispenser and instant coffee.

It will be good if the rooms come with safes. The pillows were a bit hard.

staff were really friendly and helpful throughout, from booking to actual check-in. about 5-7 mins walk from Ximen station, and there's a laundromat nearby which allowed us to pack lesser for the trip :)

Very easy check in and check out. Staff friendly and helpful. All of the facilities in the room are new and in good condition, very cozy.

This is not a very strong or serious criticism. Because of the building's structure some rooms have more character than others. I personally prefer the ones that are more attic like to the standard one. However my booking was quite last minute, and I know that in the future I will be more able to choose a room according to my own taste. The staff even apologized that the room I've stayed in previously was unavailable. Really great place!

Clean and spacious enough for us to open our luggage. It looked exactly like the pictures shown.

The reception and rooms were on a level of a residential/commercial building which may be a little unsafe as everybody could access our level. Furthermore the reception was way in and not beside the lift, hence unable to monitor the people who came in were indeed their customers

I love everything! I like the room design, bed, blanket , tub , free drinks, tidbits. Location is quiet for sleeping. Staff friendly polite. Short 2min walk to shopping xmd. Spacious room considering this is in xmd

Nothing. Small thing to note is there are 3 small steps at the building entrance so have to lift up pram n suitcase.

The beautiful skylights made the room really cosy. My little one loved bubble baths in the bathtub. The rooms were always clean and tidy. Hotel Attic felt like home away from home :)

Hotel attic is located within a very run down building. So when we first arrived at the "hotel", I was quite worried. But of course, those feelings went away once I stepped into the room.

Our room is big for a family of 5. I especially like the fresh smell of linen. They cleaned our room every day and refill the complimentary water stocked in our fridge as well as the complimentary tea and the toiletries.

It was cold on the entire 10th floor where Hotel Attic is situated, but our room aircon unit is not quite cold.
