Muzik Hotel - Ximen Station Branch

Used to stay with them way before Covid hits. I always love staying here cos I like the bed and the spacious room. I pay for additional of NT300 more per night for upgrading from Standard Twin to Deluxe Twin room. They have additional new level at level 4 with more rooms and they also have a laundry area. NT50 for each wash and also NT50 for dryer (about 25mins), laundry powder can buy from the FOH at NT20.

The Toilet especially the Bath area. This time round I find that the shower area has mould around the corner and sides. They used to use better quality bath towels and face towel but this time round I find that the quality of both the face and bath towels are really lousy and rough and there’s one of the day they even provide me with a towel with a big hole on it. I find that the staffs are no longer friendly and as helpful as before and I don’t feel the usual warm welcome I used to have anymore. I think they can do better for the towels and the staffs can do a better job too.

Inexpensive, walkable from the airport train, and next to busy Ximendeng without being surrounded by it, Muzik Hotel Ximen Station Branch is a great choice for a few nights in Taipei. The staff are friendly and helpful, and all the 3-in-1 instant coffee you want is available for free in the lobby.

The desk in my room was barely large enough for my laptop: no room to put anything else down, or even use the mouse. The rule against putting toilet paper in the toilet is inconvenient and unpleasant. And the late night staff speak little-to-no English.

The location was great! Staff was knowledgable and helpful as I was not very sure with some information. Was surprised with a 3star hotel, the services was quite incoperated even with airport transfer and day- tour package. Enjoyed the stay and would booked again for sure...

If only hotel could improvement on your breakfast menu.... like more varieties of bread choices and in room dine in menu. Raining days older folks would stay in.... More aroma spray or pouches can be placed in the room for more ventalisation, as it is not a daily sanitization for the rooms. Just a 2cent worth comment! Overall, was a good experience!

Room: Small but not crowded for two people. There's enough space for luggage. Enough storage compartments. Enough convenience outlets. Very well-laid-out. Checkin: Fast and hassle-free. Rate/Cost/Value: Very cost-efficient considering the room quality, location. Breakfast: None provided BUT there are free noodles and snacks and even coffee in the lounge. Within the floor, there are electric kettles and water dispenser available for use and consumption. Cleanliness: 8.5/10 (room smells nice, despite the absence of a window, it didn't affect my stay, clean and fresh linen) Services: the lounge is great! With free access to refreshments, coffee and some snacks. Can even stay there too/spend some time. Very clean. You can leave your luggage in the reception if you want while waiting to go on to your flight and is even free of charge! Location: VERY ACCESSIBLE and CONVENIENT! neighborhood feels safe! Staff/Reception: Accommodating, flexible. Comfort: I stayed there and overslept!

Clean hotel, conveniently located in the heart of XMD. Nearest mrt (ximen station) just 5 min walking distance. Safe location esp for families with young kids. 10/10 would highly recommend, will choose this hotel again for my next stay in Taipei

No housekeeping service, need to clear own trash and place outside room. However we were able to change towels and amenities like water dispenser, packet drinks, water bottles, cup noodles etc were conveniently located at the reception level

I was given a corner room at the 7th floor. Was pleasantly surprised that my bed etc was on a platform! Super love it. Simple breakfast of croissant and beverages were provided as well as instant noodle from 9pm! Nice laundry room with playground and massage chair and foot massage were also available. Location was great as it was at Ximending. Overall, a great stay for all of us! Thank you.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, with most bathroom amenities included. The staff is kind and friendly to us. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a cheap but value-for-money option. Would stay here again in the future.

The conditioner was not included but wasn't an issue as I brought my own. Advisable for anyone who wants to use conditioner to bring their own.

I really liked the location. It's very close to the tourist area of Ximending. The facilities were very clean too. I liked that there is a shared pantry. The receptionists were friendly. Snacks and drinks were very abundant.

Maybe have a section in the fridge that says which are your personal things so that we can place our items there without it getting stolen.

Location very good Room type are very good for 5ppl

Room key is not sensitive enough in elevator; Light bulbs in room should change to warm white instead of yellow, specially the shower area in the restroom, when I were wash my hair and I will have a sunshine shower at once ; I will happy if there’s a small chair in room. The receptionist Sammy who are in-polite guy and make me felt bad. It’s the worse.

Good centrally located.Rooms small but equipped.Staff were courteous and friendly.What is very much appreciated is the morning croissants ,coffee/Tea and a variety of non alcoholic drinks including mineral water available 24/7 on the 6th floor.Instant Noodles are also available at 9pm.The only draw back- windowless room

Wifi not steady at times and no English cable TV.
