Amazing staff. They were very helpful whenever we need them. location is also great.

Internet was not strong in the evening, but maybe it was only one off thing.

Room was very comfortable and facilities was top notch. Bonus is there is washing machine and dryer in B1. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Can hear noise from my neighbor's toilet (water and tap noises), could occasionally hear my neighbors talking in their room. Was given a room just outside the lift and could always hear people talking at the lift lobby. Initially had problems with payment and the online staff responding to messages on booking.com was not really helpful. The conversation went on for a few days before I said I was going to raise a complaint on booking.com. Within a few hours, the staff responded with what was supposed to be done since the beginning and that solved the problem.

Hotel is located across the road from Ximen exit. It is on the quieter side of Ximen so it was not noisy and very safe and convenient. It is opposite a rather dated shopping centre and there is a Family Mart nearby so very convenient. It was also easy to access Ximen Ding via MRT station. Room is a good size for a solo traveller and would feel cramped if there were 2 pax in the room. There is no luggage rack and I ended up putting my luggage on the desk. Bed is comfy and bathroom is huge with a tub. There is an interesting supper programme at the hotel where you can get free instant noodles from the counter from 10pm to 12midnight. There is also a laundry room.

Excellent customer service from the reception to the house keeping staff. House keeping even organised my charging cable that was strew all over the table. Room was clean and neat. Laundry facilities in the hotel. Every detail was thought about from washing powder to Laundry nets for intimates. I like that there were pen and paper for you to write your room details, time you used the washer and dryer, in case you need to be contacted.

The location was fantastic but nothing much to eat nearby in the morning, you gotten walk towards the Main Ximending area which is 5 mins away. There are bakeries nearby to buy for the next day. The MRT is nearby but we took Cabs most of the time as we have 4A2C.

The Room space was abit small as we had the family room with 2A and 2C age 2,3 but beds were big enough and comfy. WIFI can be slow at night probably due to heavy usage.

Friendly staffs, clean room, excellent location across the road from Ximen MRT and 5 mins walk to Ximending,, good facilities (laundry room, free coffee, free cup noodle at night). There is a family mart and 7-11 nearby as well. They provide airport transfer that I make use of. My flight was delayed and I arrived 1.5 hours late. The driver actually waited for me to my relief. Extremely happy with their airport transfer service.

The door is too thin so sound travel very easily. Can hear people talking in the corridor, door opening and closing in neighbouring rooms. I can hear people talking inside the rooms from the corridor. Fortunately my room is in a corner so the sound issue was not so bad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Biscuits were available in the room for free. Beverages, both hot and cold, were available for free too at basement lounge that includes dining tables and chairs, couch, TV as well as laundry area with washing machines and dryers. They even provide instant noodles during 10pm - 12midnight for hungry travellers. Location is great. conveniently located within walking distance of Ximending's MRT exit 3. and Ximending street is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Like our room as it was spacious enough for 2 Pax and had the view of the street. the sound proofing is also good. The location to ximending was great as its just 5 mins walk away and MRT is below.

The Aircon Control is complicated and can't seem to control the temperature. They only have 1 lift for the whole hotel which can be slow during peak periods. I wonder what happens when this 1 lift spoils.

Amazing location, so near Ximending shopping district. I can literally buy my stuff, walk back to the hotel to drop my loots, and go back shopping/eating! Hotel facilities are great (they have free pantry and communal area with oven, microwave, coffee/tea, snacks etc) and also free usage of washing machines and dryers! Staff service is also impeccable, with them greeting you everytime they see you.

Thin walls and pretty bad sound-proofing. I can literally hear when everyone walks past my room. Also could hear wailing kids or other noises from other rooms. If you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue.
