ibis Zurich Adliswil

Great location, easy parking, newly renovated room. nice restaurant and breakfast, friendly staff. shower pressure great.

strong smell of paint as newly renovated. But opening window solved this and window has mosquito screen which is a big plus

Good location to the lindt choc factory. Public transport was easy to understand. Food in the restaurant was good as was the breakfast a fan was supplied but not sufficient enough and was noisy

Needed aircon. As temp got to 35° couldnt leave the windows open at night due to noise by the road.

The property is located 20 mins drive away from the Zurich city centre, located near the highway, Lindt factory and a 10 min walk away from an Aldi. The staff were great! The room was ready as soon as we got there, and it was quite spacey. The only thing we did not pay attention to when booking was that the rooms do not have air conditioning, and as we were there during peak hot weather, the room was balmy. They did provide two fans in each room, so the night was fine.

The staff at the front desk was super helpful. They helped us resolve a concern and took great care of us. The room was just what we needed....a simple place to sleep, shower, and relax. The room was clean, the bathroom just right, and although the room did not have AC.... our room had a floor fan, and it was very comfortable to sleep with the window cracked open for the cool evening air. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great! We had dinner in the hotel, and enjoyed the most delicious pasta with sausage we've had in a long time. We would definitely stay here again!

Room is clean, spacious, comfortable bed.

No drinking cups, kettle to boil water

This is my third time staying at this Ibis, and can see some definite improvements in customer service over the last 2 stays (one during COVID-19). The staff were helpful and the duty manager/Hotel Manager? even took the time to show me the source of the really nice and pleasant fragrant smell in the lifts and the floors (a nice sandalwood smell) Will definitely stay here again if visiting friends again in Adliswil

I have previously said this is the most expensive Ibis I have stayed in anywhere in the world, and this view hasn't changed, especially considering there's nothing special about it. Although Zurich is expensive in general, there are definitely better options around for a slightly better experience.

The new rooms on the 4th floor (especially the bathrooms) have some weird smell after the refurbishment. I don’t think these should have been handed over to guests that soon. We had to ask for a new room on one of the “older” floors. This room was very much okay and the staff was happy to assist. Unfortunately as the hotel was fully booked we could move only next day and barely could sleep that night. Nevertheless the other nights were very much okay.

Even if it is far from the City center, you can easily reach the center using the public transportation. The receptionists are very nice and helpful and give you all the information you need.

A little noisy because of the bathrooms that are encapsulated - they are like airplane bathrooms. Not something you would expect for a hotel room, but the are clean and ok for a short stau.

Everything was nice, the parking is free, a modest breakfast but ok considering the rate of the hotel. The towels are changed on daily basis and they have a nice terrace as well. It exceeded a bit my expectations being a budget hotel. I recommend this hotel for a short stay, you can reach the city in 20 minutes by public transport.

The receptionist was not helpful at all, we asked her a couple of questions regarding the city and she was limited in explanations and she didn't told us from the start that she can provide transport tickets... The second day another receptionist took the elevator in front of me without waiting and closed the doors..
