Park Hyatt Zurich – City Center Luxury

Even before arrival there was excellent communication with guest Managers to prepare certain items in the room. They were excellent rooms, very nice, clean, quiet and connected. This hotel has the friendliest staff I have seen so far. People are very professional and polite , always smiling and asking if we need anything extra. The location was amazing in the centre of Zurich , close to everything whether on foot or by tram. The room service was great and so was the food and service in both the restaurant and the lobby cafe.

Excellent hotel, with air conditioning that made a lot of difference during our stay, as we went in the summer and it was very hot in Zurich. Be aware that some central hotels do not have air conditionin. It is a 10-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse and a block away from restaurants and a market. The rooms are larges and the breakfast is amazing.

The price is really high, but the infrastructure justifies the value when compared to other hotels in this region.

Good English breakfast, even if the bacon and the sausages were not the expected British ones. Perfect position if you have meetings in the centre of the city or with banks. The stay was definitely perfect, even if the full city does not apply any anti-Covid measures. The hotel is almost safe (no double-checks in place).

It seems to be back in Asia. Park Hyatt is always a great choice. Due the entire Canton seems not to apply any Anti-Covid measure, the general feeling was good, but more Green-Pass and documents check would have been preferred.

My wife and I were struggling to get tickets to the Ed Shereen show and Sanjin not only assisted us t get the tickets but also made sure that we got the best seats at the show. Sanjin is really a gentleman and one of the best concierge that we have come across. We wish him very well as the Onyx and restaurant staff for their great service. W e will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Concierge was great!! Really helpful for “tourist” suggestions and restaurant recommendations. Made reservations for us. Simplified meals for us!

Noise from room above last 2 nights for several hours until at least midnight each night. Called front desk with request to help us with this issue without result.

The room was great, really spacious, and a separation from the living area. The spa was fantastic, not the usual spot as COVID restrictions had an impact instead they used a spare room that was disinfected before and after use. The masseur was great as well. Good selection for breakfast, and I was even able to ask for something that was not on the menu, very tasty and great staff.

Although I loved the idea of a corner room unfortunately it meant that I was at a cross roads where a few people in their cars drove by on Saturday night, which wasn't great for sleep. It would be nice to have more vegetarian options on the dinner menu, but I understand with COVID, its not effective to offer more when quest numbers are low.

The Spa area does not really fulfill the set-up one would expect from a 5 star property. The treatment was good though

maybe breakfast need a little bit more position with eggs, because order under waiter is not fast and comfort, as taking yourself :)

Sanjin Begecki This is excellent for the solutions that you directed and the wonderful places around you, servants and a man in dealing. I wish him success . Without shortcomings in all members of the reception .

This was one of our best hotel experiences. The room size is quite large, the staff are extremely warm and friendly, and the food excellent. Special thanks to Sami from concierge for giving us the best recommendations during our short stay.
