Le Mirador Resort & Spa

The hotel was on top of a mountain and provided us with an upgrade to a room with a wonderful lake and mountain view. It was also conveniently close to a funicular that took us down to Vevey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to install a bidet shower in the WC. Additionally, the hotel gave us a free transportation pass

The view is breathtaking and the staff is excellent. Great spa area and delicious food at the restaurant. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. The hotel itself is very elegant and has a nice historical touch about it. Billiard and backgammon were a nice addition. Loved the stay and will come again!

We had such an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff is super friendly (shoutout to George for being so welcoming and helpful). We were there to celebrate my wife's bday and at every step they were nice enough to add little treats that made our stay even more special. The rooms are big and classy and the beds are super comfortable. The spa and pool area are an inviting place to relax. Of course, the star of the show is the view. It doesn't matter if you're at the bar, your room or the pool, that view makes everything feel like a fairytale. This is the place to stay if you're visiting the Lavaux region or if you want to just get away and be pampered.

Perhaps the quality of the in-room food. Not really up to standard with the rest of the services in the hotel but that's just me being picky I guess.

Best hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is extremely beautiful and luxury, but not dated. Modern, organized, attentive staff, excellent breakfast. The lake view is breathtaking. It is a few steps from the cable car station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were delighted with everything it had to offer, including the rooms, the stunning views, and the exceptionally friendly staff. The spa area provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the location of the hotel was truly outstanding. It provided a serene and tranquil environment that allowed us to unwind and find peace. We loved our experience so much that we are already planning to return in the future, and we definitely recommend this place to our friends.

At 9pm, while I was in the process of changing, a hotel staff member entered our room without knocking, displaying a surprising level of confidence to enter. He later explained that he had mistaken the room, which greatly shocked me and felt very inappropriate. Additionally, we were not informed that the mini bar was complimentary. The shower tube had a significant leak. However, aside from these incidents, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay very much
