Businesshotel Lux

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The three-person room we had was clean, well maintained, and had a nice balcony with a great view. It was a very pleasant stay. The connecting restaurant also served great food and was handy when we were all too tired to find food somewhere else.

I'm generally satisfied with my stay. But if I have to say something, there's 2 things that people should be aware about. First, the elevator does not service every floor. Second, the blinds for the window do not cover the light from outside during the day. None of these inconvenienced me but it might others.

We had an amazing room, with good beds, very spacious and with very good AC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was a bit below standard and the assortment would change every day. The location is a little bit outside of the city center, but it was always very quiet and as we came by car this wasn't a issue for us. The parking lot was a little bit small but the staff was always willing to help us find a space.

We stayed at the Businesshotel Lux only one night on our way to North Europe. The hotel is only a short drive from Lucerne, a beautiful medieval city with covered bridges, historic buildings and lively squares. After a lovely sight-seeing tour we chilled on the Ufschötti Strand beach. They say " when in Switzerland do like the Swiss do" and they were all there relaxing under the trees on the lawn or on the large sandy beach. The Businesshotel Lux has free parking and a pleasant breakfast included.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. Staff was courteous and beds were comfortable. We were given a room with terrace with nice mountain view. Bravo. Will definitely recommend to all type of travellers.

Limited Breakfast assortment. The Family room given to us was enough for full family and our 2 kids aged 12 and 15 could have used the 2 level bunk bed while we could use Double bed. Booking.com recommended 2 rooms so we had to pay extra for 3 nights for Economy Twin room.

Room was good with a good bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was a 20 minute bus ride away from Lucerne centre. Hotel staff kindly assisted with a complimentary bus passes. Bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Good parking available in-site. Nice breakfast.

From 6am we were wakened by noisy guests leaving and banging doors etc. Not a fault as such about the hotel but did affect our stay.

Very warm welcoming, neat and tidy. Room a bit small, but clean. No kettle in the room. Breakfast a bit poor, mainly cereal and Bread. Staff were very helpful and kind. Private parking available, and just about 10 mins driving from Luzern central. Also got visitors voucher so free wifi across city central, public transport free… Overall, a good experience.

the hotel is a great value for your money. there is a bus stop down the street which allows you to ride into the city and the hotel provides a free ticket for your stay. the room is tight; but cozy and clean.

the breakfast was minimal, some cheese and meat and drinks. maybe a few pancake makers or bacon would make this a much better breakfast

nice hotel, a bit far from luzern center, but if you come with car, it is not a problem. stuffs are friendly. when we left, the lady at receipt gave me nice travel tips how to visit interlaken. breakfast is good. room is big enough for me. comfortable bed and pillow.

i don't have complain for my room, but the shower door of my colleague's room is broken, so the water made the carpet a bit wet when she took shower, lucky it dried out at the second day, didn't destroy the carpet. So suggest the clients to pay attention the shower room door before hand. hotel should also fix it in future.

Friendly receptionist, the hotel will provide brochures of tourist attractions.

It is suggested that one more chair can be added in the room. The room is a bit small, and the sound insulation of the room windows is not very good (can hear the noise outside the window)

Room was clean and comfortable. The airconditioning was perfect and the bathroom was all I needed. It was close enough to busses which take you into town.

The breakfast was a quite limited with not enough options for persons fueling up until lunch.
