About 15 mins walk from the main station. Bus ride will take around 5 mins. Free transport passes were given to us after checkin and paid for city tax.

Lift broke down and we were briefly trapped

We were a family of 4. We stayed for 3D 2N and then left our main luggage at the hotel whilst we went to Interlaken for an overnight stay. We returned to the hotel for a 2D 1N stay before we left for Zurich airport for home. The hotel is a great place and value for money - clean, very central and within walking distance to the train station, lake jetty and the historic Lion Monument. The room we had for 3D 2N had a big bathroom, and for 2D 1N we had a similar room but with smaller bathroom to compensate for a balcony. The TV had many selections including good movie channels, which we looked forward to enjoy after our daily sightseeing around the beautiful sights in and near Luzern. The staff were very friendly. The hotel's 24hr-free flow of coffee/tea at the restaurant-area coffee-machine was a small yet hospitably nice gesture that made it a unique plus. Although we did not buy the breakfast, we were allowed to enjoy the free-flow of coffee/tea and our own food in the restaurant area.

The room could perhaps have some bright lights for guests to switch on when needed.

Location. Good variety for breakfast. The receptionist, her name is Park made our stay pleasant. she was very friendly and great help. As we checked in late night, she helped us to get food and helped to dine in at property breakfast room. she was simply amazing to us throughout our stay.

the guy at the reception was very rude . one day we returned hotel late from a day trip. We ordered food online. we wanted to dine in at breakfast room as our room did not have table or plates or cutlery. the breakfast room door was open all the time but light was not on . my wife asked this guy to switch on light and surprisingly turned us down. then I had to reach out to this amazing lady Park to help us.

Good location close to Bahnhof and city centre with Nice breakfast.

Bathroom door needs really strong hands to close and open. taking Shower would spill water all over due to misaligned installation of the shower glass. They could think of installing shower curtains or cubicle. bed sheets were not changed in 3 days which is really unhygienic not sure what is their policy on that but with brand Ibis I would expect them to change the bed sheets at-least alternate days if not everyday. I really had some good experience with ibis before but this time I guess Luzern ibis don’t match those standards. sorry to say this.

Excellent service. The free bus card was great. Good location - 10 min walk from the town centre. Room was spacious. The offer in house parking for CHF 24 or a 24 hr pass where you can park in any white lined spaces around lucerne for CHF 20. We found a spot around the corner

Room for 2 is actually 2 single beds rather than a double/queen but this seems to be very common in Switzerland. Bathroom had some stains in the ceiling and toilet

Great location! A fine place to stay and good value. Great coffee. I'd stay here again and I would recommend it to friends.

The lighting in the hotel room was a bit odd and a touch dark / utilitarian. It had a light along the wall and one ceiling light, and overall, it was just a bit dim in the room. Brighter, warmer lighting would make the stay even better. But overall, a good stay.

Staff friendly and hotel allowed early check in as the room was available. Location is excellent and easy access to bus stop and main attractions

Just a small thing but would be better if the room is brighter as the lights are quite dim. Power socket at bedside would be useful

The location is very good cleanliness very well with a good breakfast . The room was reasonable size. It had a clean bathroom with comfortable beds with English TV channels, which were helpful . The receptionist Thomas and his colleagues went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel whilst in lucerne.

We liked everything in that hotel . We stayed only for one night. The hotel is located in perfect area - close to all nice places. The room we got had a lot of space. There was also a small kitchen with induction hob but without pots, cutlery and plates. We could park our car just in front of hotel - for us travelling with 2 small kids - perfect solution. Beakfast was very tasty! Airco was working perfectly! We recommend this hotel and we would love to go back there again!
