Hotel des Alpes Bulle center

My room (and en-suite) was very clean and comfortable. The Rooms are located in Levels, 1, 2 and 3 but the Lift enables easy access to all. The breakfast had a good choice that would suit most people and the hotel bar is very popular with many of the Locals.

The hotel tariff “is expensive” but probably this is due to Switzerland being a rather expensive place “in general”?

Central location close to old town, restaurants, and the train station. From the outside the hotel looks run down but it is fairly modern and in good condition inside. We didn't take breakfast due to an early start but it was offered at a small extra charge.

In the morning we could hear an alarm from another guest and then their shower etc. But that was after a good nights sleep for me, so not so bad.

very clean. the bed is comfy and cozy. location is near coop and shops, within 7 minutes walking. opposite the hotel entrance, there is train station. the front of hotel is main road. hotel parking is always full, so we park at the white lines (public parking) with parking fee. from 7 pm until 8 am tomorrow morning, is free.

no kettle, no mugs, no mineral water and complimentary drinks. overall sadly, we just stay for 1 night.

We really appreciate the help from the staff. They were really accommodating as they stored our luggages for a few hours while still touring the area after the check out. Breakfast was generous with lots of options. Located near the train station, this hotel is a very good option for travellers using public transport.

Our room had the windows at the main street towards the railway. We kept the shutters down for privacy. We kept the windows closed to keep the street noise down.

Easy to find opposite the train station. Short walk to centre of the old town. It is a French speaking town and not much English spoken but staff here were very friendly with very good English. The room was small but very clean and quiet at night. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was amazing in the rather small bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style and very good selection.

The room was compact, clean, and everything needed but it was too warm at night in a heatwave. Beds comfortable. View from 3rd floor to the main tower of Bulle castle (front of the hotel). Good enclosed lockable shed for bikes. Plentiful good quality buffet breakfast. One receptionist spoke English. All staff friendly and willing. Location: opposite bus stop, close to station, very central. Photo shows view from room.

There was air con, but it seemed to be turned off at night. Our room was above the street which was very noisy, as the hotel has a very popular bar and food place.

Clean, nice room, full of light during the day but with very good shutters to become totally dark for a good night's sleep. Conveniently very close to the train station.

The sound proofing is not great, so it might get a bit noisy if other travellers are noisy or during the cleaning of the rooms.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed. The addition of a fan was helpful in the heat as well as outside shutters that close completely. We were at a room at the front which did have outside noise but nothing that made it difficult to sleep. Parking was excellent, a few minutes walk from the hotel, the recptionist was very helpful with directions, car park is underground and secure. Would certainly stay again.

An extra pillow in the room would have been nice.

The waitstaff was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. This room was a great option for a group of 4 friends.

When we arrived there was a mysteriously large amount of water on the bathroom floor, which the staff came and cleaned up (thank you :)).

The personal was friendly, quick and efficient. The room was clean, with a super comfy bed. The position is great, near the center but easy to access. We even found cheap parking close by, which is not easy in Switzerland. I really suggest the hamburger place under the hotel as well.
