Small but very nice room. Supernice service and the breakfast is great! Regarding the area it's really calm. Good place to discover the city.

It's not possible to open the windows. The bed is too soft.

Fantastic location. If you're arriving by Metro, ignore Google Maps and get out at T-Centralen rather than the more distant stop they send you to. Single room was actually pretty spacious, all things considered.

Wi-fi was hinky - I had to go downstairs to connect for the first time; on my floor it tried to direct me to a website that didn't exist. (Seems like they fixed this on the last day of my stay.)

Their food was so delicious (both the breakfast and lunch was exceptional). The bed was really comfortable. The rooms/bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfectly central. I also really loved that they had free bikes, mobility scooters, and a wheelchair for guests to use. I plan to stay here again.

On rainy days lots of the guests would choose to eat in for lunch. I counted almost 30 people, and only one single person was in charge of greeting, seating, taking orders, answering questions, and clearing plates. I think the kitchen had a tiny staff as well, but I could only see the one person who would bring out the orders. I really really enjoyed the place and the quality/taste of the food. But I couldn’t go back for lunch on any other day because I felt bad for the single staff member trying to manage the whole service each time. I also think having a micro fridge in the room for a sandwich and a drink would make a world of difference.

Location is PERFECT. The hotel is super central and close to practically everthing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, but a bit repetitive is you stay for more than 3 days. Still excellent tho. The room looked exactly like in the pictures. I loved it. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my friends :)

Gym was miniature and unfortunately the Sauna didn't work so I didn't have the chance to use it, I was obviously super disappointed since it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, but I understand it's beyond the staff's control. Other than that, my experience was very positive!

Great location, very close to the main commercial street but still on a quiet place and also very close to the Central station. The staff was polite, the breakfast was perfect with variety of delicious food, served in a pleasant space with glass roof. The beds were very comfortable.

The room is small and there is no wardrobe inside so the clothes shall stay in the suitcase. If one is planning a longer stay this inconvenience shall be considered. Noone changed the towels for three days and also noone took the trush so we had to throw it ourselves. Also the bed linen were not changed during our whole stay.

I booked here last minute, the day before checking in, due to having unsuitable accommodation elsewhere. The room was small, but not cramped and the bed was comfortable. The curtains were pretty good for blocking out the light, given how early the sun rises during summer, however you will still have some light coming in and the bed faced the window in my room. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a decent range of options. Staff were friendly and the location is quite central to the newer CBD area of Stockholm and around 15-20 mins by public transport to the Old Town. It's close to a station and a large square with shopping, restaurants etc. Easy to walk to the station to get the train back to the airport too. Overall I recommend this hotel for solo travelers for a few nights, wish I had booked this in the first place for my whole time in Stockholm!

Curtains could have blocked a little more light given the sun rose at 4am and the bed faced the window. Wish it had a mini fridge so I could have kept cool water in the room. Power outlet next to the bed was broken and couldn't be used, which was annoying for charging my phone, but there was multiple power outlets in the room.

The location is amazing in the center of Stockholm and only a few minutes on foot to the T-Central tram stop as well as the Arlanda Express terminal station. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Some minor things that were all manageable in the end: The breakfast area can get really busy, sometimes making it difficult to find a table. Wifi could be slow at times. Rooms were comfortable, but quite small (we had a room with 3 beds and there was barely any space left to store our luggage- which we needed to keep open since there was limited space to store our clothes).

Excellent location, walked or biked to all attractions- bikes are free at the hotel but on the first come first serve basis. Fantastic breakfast- lots of fresh delicious options for everyone, it would last us the whole day. Very clean room. Liked the option of not having the cleaning service daily. We stayed for 8 days and I only asked for it once, plus twice changed the towels when saw the cleaning lady working on our floor. Apparently saves a lot of electricity and water… Gym was a convenience- my son used it daily. It was a little small but he found what he needed to work out. Two treadmills, elliptical and weights.

The room was advertised to have a fridge- that thing is not a fridge- even a reusable water bottle won’t fit in it. So, why say the room has a fridge if it’s absolutely useless. If I found it as a bonus then ok, it’s mounted in the wall and doesn’t bother anyone but when it’s advertised as a real fridge you get disappointed. The doors won’t open because of the 3rd bed in the room. Also I asked for 2 beds room , there were 3 - no space left to walk around the beds or put down the suitcases, made the room even more cramped. I’m sure if I asked they would have remove the 3 bed as it was probably foldable or portable but I didn’t. We used it as a storage space.

The hotel is right in the centre of Copenhagen, easy to reach by walking from the Central Station. Staff is welcoming and helpful. While travelling in Denmark and Sweden I stayed in four hotels. The Scandic Klara was my favourite one. The room was small but with enough space for everything. Someone must have thought a lot about the small details in the room. Everything one needs while travelling is there. There's even an ironing board. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was a pleasure to be able to sit at a clean table which I always appreciate. I'll be back some day.

There was a lot to like. The breakfast was excellent - a huge variety, some nice local variations to try as well as the usual fare, served in a lovely atrium. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room, though small, was well planned and furnished - the IKEA vibe was strong! Fabulous location, less than a 10 minute walk from the main station you’ll use if you’re getting the train from the airport.

Rooms aren’t cleaned everyday and while I understand you don’t need to fully clean and wash bedding/ towels etc. restocking teas and coffees would have been nice without having to call down to reception. But a very minor downside!
