Best Western and hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. The location was good - close to a pedestrian street and about 20 minutes from the old town. The room was relatively small (that was to be expected based on the pictures) but compact. The WiFi was good and I was able to work the whole week without any issues. Breakfast was really nice except the scrambled eggs, I don't know why but their quality was poor. However, the cooks fried eggs for me when I asked them so I was happy. They even prepare breakfast packages if you need to leave early.

The shower and bathroom "screen" was just blurred at spots and completely see-through at some points so unless you are a couple, it might be a bit awkward.

The building is very well organized and purpose built. The 3 elevators are exceptionally well timed, so no waiting even at peak demand moments of the day. The check-in and check out is very quick. The gym is well equipped and includes a sauna. The breakfast is well chosen, copious and healthy. Staff helpful and professional. The room is small and well organized, the bed is very comfortable. A kettle coffee with milk and sugar are provided. Nice towels. Safe for valuables.

For more discretion for people working out, there could be a curtain on the bottom half of the glass gym door as it is right next to the changing area of staff with a lot of people coming and going.

The hotel is very nice with a big lobby to hang out with a bar, always helpful staff, nice breakfast and the perfect location. It is in a place that you can walk main attraction areas. (Old town, Sature etc.) The rooms are it too big but that was ok for us. They keep rooms the room clean everyday which we were very happy with this. When we arrived to the hotel, our room had a little issue, first night they created a quick solution right away and then very next day, when we asked, they changed our room immediately with the money compensation for the night. We were very happy every day at this hotel. Everybody working here always smiles and it has a nice atmosphere. That place has a good value for the money that you pay.

Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, modern bathroom with a lovely ”rain”shower and a big clean window. The bed was situated at the very far back in the room with walls around 3/4 which made it feel cozy. Tv was close to the bed. Breakfast 7am-11am!!! Walking distance to Drottningtorget as well as Gallerian which presented us with endless shopping opportunities. Me and my boyfriend greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The blinds were electronic but so loud and slow! At least they worked well. Cleaning staff also tried to enter and clean our room first thing in the morning (~10am) which we felt was unnecessary as we stayed there for multiple nights. Use the “privacy please” sign if you don’t want to risk staff entering your room while you’re asleep.

Amazing breakfast, with so many options: variety of breads, jams, fruits, cheese, salad and so forth. Room service every day, very attentive to details. Cute room, nice decor. Small, but Stockholm is an expensive place.

Led tv was not so new, no Chromecast or similar, so I couldn't connect my cell phone to it and played music from my cell phone. I like it when I can play my music on the telly. Air conditioning didn't seem to work, but fortunately it was a bedroom with windows and opening them resolved the situation (weather was favourable).

❌ The reception desk staff was not very professional. The next day after checking in I couldn't access my room and belongings because they LOCKED my key card. When asked about it, the receptionist rudely demanded me to pay for my stay (which I did during the check-in). After showing her my card and proof from the bank that I in fact had paid already, she unlocked the key card without any further explanation or apologies. That was embarrassing ❌ The breakfast/restaurant area was way too small for that many guests

Really clean, great location really close to the main square in the city. Only 15 mins walk to Gamla stan old town and very central in norrmalm! Lovely downstairs common area and really modern. Very good value for money and breakfast was lovely. Bathroom was clean and lovely, there's a space for everything. Very well soundproofed, couldn't hear traffic or noises at night and the room had brilliant blackout blinds! (perfect for stockholm summer) They also had an option to store baggage on the last day so we could walk around the city before our flight.

The room was slightly small but wasn't a problem and became actually quite comfy and cosy once we settled in :) (Still very good value for money!)

The room has a lot of facilities and it is very well designed. It is perfect for a few days. The breakfast was amazing. And very various. And on weekends the breakfast is open until 11 am which it was perfect for us because we are not morning persons. It is very close to city center. In the last day we had the possibility to leave our luggages for half a day in the luggage room. The lounge is very cozy and it is a perfect place to work or to read a book.

It wasn’t something that bothered us but the room it’s a little bit small. And the bathroom has blurred glass walls. You do have a curtain so that you have some privacy in the bathroom but it is not soundproofed.

The room was compact but well designed. We appreciated touches such as blackout blinds and dimmer switches. The elevators were efficient and we never had to wait more than a minute or two. The breakfast selection was excellent and had choices to suit most tastes. The location is very close to a T-bahn station and a short walk from the central rail station, so we were able to get everywhere we wanted easily.

The main reception area is a little cramped but we were pleasantly surprised overall, especially as we had to make this booking last minute.

The room was very cosy and just what I needed for my 2 night stay for the Stockholm marathon. The location is very central. The bed was very comfortable, I would have liked to see a few more shelves/hooks in the room for hanging things, as there is not much space. The walk in shower was amazing, and felt very luxurious. The breakfast selection was very good. I would stay here again.

The kettle and the cups in the room were not very clean. I would not share the room with another person as there is very little space and privacy with the glass walled bathroom (but for me on my own it was perfect!). The music coming from the bar in reception in the evenings was very very loud.
