Hotel fabulous and location perfect. There are tea/coffe/orange juice available in the basement each morning. We bought croissants and ham & cheese in the supermarket and were able to have breakfast each morning in the hotel. There is a fridge in your room so this was perfect. No worries regarding breakfast though if you dont fancy doing that as there are loads of restaurants nearby. You can walk to all attractions. Perfect. Just a small note to the wise. We prebooked our return bus tickets a few days before departure at the machine in the bus station to Aerporto Bilbao.. We arrived and stood at platform 5 for Bilbao. This is not the platform for the airport. It is listed as Loiu Aerporto on the screen not Bilbao. Luckily the bus had not left and we were able to change platforms. All in all a perfect trip. Food, wine, sunshine...perfect. Will definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

We were upgraded to a 4 star hotel that belonged to the same company so instead of staying at Arrizul Beach Hotel we stayed at Arrizul Congress Hotel which was 3 minutes walk from the other. Although it was a 4 star hotel it didn’t feel like it. Too small for that, even the rooms. However the staff were very friendly and we were welcome with free drinks from the mini bar in our room, including a nice mini cava bottle. We also had access to coffees, teas and soft drinks in the lobby area from midday until 8 pm every day which was great. I thought the beds were very comfy and the cleaners left the rooms perfectly clean. The location was great, a step away from La Zurriola beach. We had a pleasant stay. Overall a very good experience. Thanks Arrizul Congress and Arrizul Beach for the upgrade!

The gym. The cross-trainer made a lot of noise. Please repair that thing!! And the gym was too small and everyone eating breakfast could see you. There was a local gym that perhaps the hotel could get a deal with them so we can use it? (It’s just a suggestion…)

Brilliant location, really close to Old Town for strolling to all of the Pintxo Bars! Right across from Zurriola beach and just a few mins walk to Playa de la Concha. Lovely neighbourhood, felt very safe 😊

The breakfast room left a little to be desired but there are plenty of fabulous breakfast spots in San Sebastian so this wouldnt put me off recommending or staying again!

We had reserved at Arriazul Beach, but ended up staying at the Arriazul Congress - a few blocks away - due to overbooking at the former. We received a great welcoming and are very impressed by the service provided.

Well, can’t say much about the Arriazul Beach because we ended up in the sister hotel a few blocks away.

code for check in is a brilliant time saver for travellers and I wish more hotels would do it rather than queuing at reception and being asked the same questions. Location is fantastic and parking underground right opposite is brilliant for stopover visits. room was small but was clean had everything you need and the complimentary mini-bar was a really nice touch.

The accommodation was perfect for a few nights stay in Sans Sebastian. It was clean and in an excellent location.

There are no facilities on-site at all, but there is no shortage of places to eat within walking distance.

Couple of streets back from Zurriola beach & bridge over to old town. Reception staff very helpful. Plenty of cafes/bars close by. We went to Fusion Cafe for breakfast daily which was delicious. We also ate in Desy's tiny bar accross from the hotel, good food & ambience.

Room small but very comfortable & bathroom large.

Location was fantastic right at the beach. Everything was in close walking distance- places to eat, the old town the funicular, airport bus for when we left - very easy, just great

The fridge in our room didn’t work- wasn’t a big deal though and staff were more than happy to sort it out

I had a beautiful room with a little balcony that I sat on and had a lovely bottle of red in the late afternoon. Perfect way to finish the day. totally recommend staying at this little gem.

bathroom was fine for me but if your older or on the plus size it might be a squeeze.

*We booked this accomm originally but got upgraded to their 4 star hotel, Hotel Arrizul Congress. Really enjoyed our stay at their 4 star hotel - great location close to the river, walking distance to Old Town etc, nearby eateries, friendly staff that were very helpful and available 24hrs at the desk, clean and modern facilities.

One of our pillows smelled a little damp.
