The room was satisfactory, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly with good English skills. The hotel offers complimentary enclosed parking, and its prime location at the city entrance provides easy access to both the city center and an available Uber service, typically costing around 6-7 euros for a drop-off in the old town.

Check-out was scheduled for 10 o'clock, but just 5 minutes after that, the cleaning staff entered the room without any prior knock, despite the designated check-out time having passed. While it's still possible to manage the situation or address concerns with a phone call, the brevity of the breakfast window from 7:30 to 8:30 posed a challenge, especially during our stay over the New Year when reaching it within such a short timeframe proved difficult.

Shower leaks onto floor and there was evidence of mold. Cleaning with bleach should fix that! Rusty handsoap dispenser looks dirty even though just rusty. Replace it. Leave more than one roll of toilet paper. 7 Euros for two cups of lukewarm Ameicano coffee in 68 Euros room is ,"highway robbery!". Coffee is part of hotel culture and should not be extra charge...certainly not 10% of overnight price!

Absolutely beautiful room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, excellent shower (roomy walk-in Roman stall, great pressure and lots of hot water with a handy soap/shampoo dispenser), long desk with chair plus a small table with chair which was very convenient for two people. Loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet). Free underground parking garage was safe and secure. Fast and easy check-in. Jacob at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

No issues at all. Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Big rooms, big bathrooms, everything sparkling clean. The underground garage was a plus and it was also very big.

We missed the check-out by 10 minutes and at 10 am straight someone was knocking on our door. When we left the room, there was no-one at the reception and the card that we used to open the door to the room and to use the elevator was already deactivated. So we couldn't get to the garage or leave the place, until we found someone from the cleaning staff to use her card so that we could get to the garage. And there we had to find someone else from cleaning to open the garage door so that we could leave.

Good place for staying in Bratislava: garage available, great location in a quiet area, convenient access to the Old Town by public transport.

The room we were checked into was not prepared, but then we got a clean one (and got an upgrade). Breakfast was available only after ordering it a day before and we were not informed about it. We could have a coffee in the morning, but pay cash only. The ventilator in the bathroom could use some cleaning - dust bunnies were fully covering it.

The hotel is definitely comfortable, having everything you need, if you're not looking for luxury. The interior is very pleasing. The parking is just great! The hotel is close to a bus stop, which gives you 5-10 min to the main tourist attractions of the city.

The room had many spider webs, that weren't cleaned. It was dusty in the corners as well. We were waken in the morning by air-conditioning technicians, which, I guess was a one-time thing, but being with my family I found it unpleasant.

Hotel is located in a suburban street of family houses. Rooms were big and clean enough, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You need to carry your key card with you when leaving the room, you will need it for unlocking elevator or staircase doors, and also the main door when there's no one on the reception desk. I suggest to park your car here and go to the city center with a bus (instructions are printed in a hotel lobby).

We missed a fridge in the room. It is supposed to be a restaurant/bar in the hotel (advertised on booking.com), but it was closed (except for a breakfast).

During our four night stay there was twice a fire alarm and all guests requested to get out. The first was two o'clock at night and on the next day at 06:30. There was no night porter and nobody new what's happening. No information whatsoever. Is it legal not to be a night porter in the hotel? If something really happens! It was not so nice waking up on fire alarm. First alarm spoiled our Sunday and second woke us up too early on our departure day. Twice were not hot water in the morning. Looking forward for your comments! Restaurant was closed and corkscrew was not available anywhere, so be aware!

Although we only stayed one night, the room was very nice, clean, the bathroom was nice and warm and the bed was one of the most comfortable we had during our trip. The underground parking was also a nice addition and the staff at the front desk was very helpful when checking in. At first we were a bit concerned by some reviews but it turned out to be a very good choice

We arrived during the evening and it was a bit hard to figure out the street, as it is under construction and quite confusing

Nice big room. Clean. Reception was good, because we arrived when somebody was there. Parking in the garage without extra pay. Not too far from busstop to go to the city centre.

There was not always somebody at reception. So we missed the breakfast after the first night. With the help of google we found penzion Berg, for a very good breakfast. We went there twice.
