Hotel Sorea Regia

When you arrive by car it's easy to get to the location from the highway as you don't have to get through the city center. The public transport it's very close, about 5 minutes away and you also can get to the old town by walking for about 20-30 minutes. The room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable, and you have everything you need. There is also a big parking, so you don't have to worry about where to leave your car.

The carpets were a little stained, but that was not a huge issue as you can tell everything was cleaned before and the room smelled nice. It's a little weird as the only entrance in the hotel is from the front, and if you have a big luggage you have to go from the parking lot all the way to the front entrance. And then you can have a room on the other side of the hotel so you have to walk quite a while from the elevator to your room.

We could not confirm critical comments from previous visitors. We found the hotel in a very good condition, newly renovated, clean but at this time the restaurant was not functioning due to technical reasons. We were informed about this problem before and got a recommendation for a nearby restaurant (less than 10 minutes walk) located directly at the Dunab river serving nice dishes and bewerages at resonable prices. Concerning the hotel we liked the green sourrounding with fresh air and private parking places in this park.

Nice quiet environment, very large and comfortable reception area, easy access to the city centre and the old part of the centre. The staff were very friendly and professional, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, this included the surrounding garden areas. Easy access to the train to Vienna.

I was a bit skeptical (because of some bad reviews for cleanliness) but everything was absolutely wonderful! Clean room, spacious bed (double), free cot for my baby, nice balcony with a view (and you have an ashtray there in case you smoke!), free parking, great coffee (didn't try breakfast tho). Haven't seen a lot of staff but those who were there were all smiles.

I intentionally picked a hotel easy to reach from the highway and with a lot of greenery around (because of the baby) so for someone who's not into walking or is limited with time the hotel is a bit far from the city center (35+ minutes).

The location is quite private, almost secluded yet in the middle of the city. The parking is free, well if it is not full. The rooms are quiet, barely can hear other people.

I don't know, maybe more towels, a pool or a spa options and totally some children corners

There was a small problem during check-in, but the staff did their best to resolve the situation. They were helpful and friendly. Close proximity to the city center.

Breakfast selection was too limited. The bathroom is too dark for my liking.

Breakfast was very nice, had a full vegetarian dish.

I requested an earlier check in and received an automatic confirming answer, but when I got there they sed it was not possible, and that I received an automatic reply which is not correct.

I like the size of the room and nice shower with hot water . Breakfast was tasty with several options.

The cleanliness of the room was not nice. There was a dirty carpet, dirty sofa and dirty mattress. I would recommend the changing the carpets and deeper cleaning.

Excellent room, clean and comfortable with a balcony. It's a 5 minute downhill walk to the tram stop, which was only one stop away from the old town.

There was no bar open or restaurant.

Is a really nice hotel, a very pleasant stay with very comfy beds. The hotel was happy for us to leave our car there after we checked out so that we could see some sites, which was fantastic.
