O:Live Boutique Hotel, A Small Luxury Hotel of the World

The staff was excellent, the evening person Amanda was superb! Very friendly and helpful! The room though humid was very nice and loved the inside and outside showers. We were greeted by Amanda with a local drink, Coquito, very nice touch ❤️

The amenities did not meet expectations of a boutique hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised and when we requested one, we received a non-operative Nespresso machine with an old coffee pod stuck inside that could not be removed. When reported no action was taken to replace it. Also we were provided a broken iron (with the warning that it might be broken) which we required to iron our attire for evening event. A little attention to these “small” details will make a difference.

Exactly the type of place we wanted to stay. Small, private and romantics

We wanted to stay in a boutique hotel and be able to enjoy the amenities. This was weekend get away with my husband before going on to the rest of the island, and planed on spending an afternoon at the pool, happy hour at the rooftop and enjoy the views. However, the bar doesn’t open until 5pm and they were holding a wedding so we couldn’t be on the rooftop the Saturday night we planned to be there. It was disappointing and being a small hotel there is no other area to hang out and have a drink. It was disappointing that the rooftop was not available to their own guests. We tried their sister hotel, but that wasn’t the vibe we were looking for. Would go back but would first ask if there is an event that blocks their only amenity area.

The personal at the front desk was very much helpful. For the most part staff was welcoming. The suite was also beautiful and relaxing.

I phoned after I notice my book and shades was not in my luggage in which I spoke with someone and they stated that their was no book left. I then asked to speak to a manger after the person became hostile. She informed me no manger was on site and the manger "Miguel" would give me a call. That was on Friday and its now Monday and I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to my concerns.

Relaxing place that to stay Great place to take your lady.. She love it.. made me look evening better for your 10 year anniversary Price Worth.. every penny. For me!! Hell of a room we stayed in All staff was more then helpful Valet park guy’s was fantastic. They All ways had the car ready..

The property was very clean and the interior was luxurious. The customer service was excellent, I highly recommend travels to stay here. The staff will personalize your experience to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The view from the pool is amazing and even from the other pool at the sister property.

The shower water was extremely cold a couple of times throughout my stay. However, the receptionist sent the engineer in to the room to fix the temperature.

The location is good, beside the lagoon in condado in a quite area. The room (suite) was very nice and romantic, specially the bath tub in the terrace of the suite.

The air-conditioning was damaged, but they moved us to another suite in the other property. The other suite was excellent too.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel, you can use their sister property next door which has a great pool and jacuzzi. Gorgeous rustic rooftop with nice views. Salvador and Victor were amazing, extremely nice and accommodating. Outstanding customer service!!!

-no gym - when it rains the street gets flooded right in front

the location and the decor were marvellous and the staff simply wonderful and friendly.

The shower had no pressure to it and took a long time to heat up. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed which was an issue for us early to bed types.

This is the cutest little upscale hotel! Perfect for a romantic getaway or short trip. If looking for quiet and privacy this is the hotel for you. The attention to detail throughout the property with the decor and ambiance is definitely Instagram worthy! And the rooftop is super comfy with great views.

Wish pool was bigger even the adjacent property’s pool was too small. If looking for a true beach vacation this is not for you.
