The pools and beaches were amazing! Theres a club downstairs in the basement. The drinks at the bar are very good, food is ok.

Everything was great, but it was missing something.
The one thing missing inside the hotels was. Our puertorriqueño foods and that cafe colado from my beautiful Island. I believe the hotels are forgetting what makes Puerto Rico beautiful and that is our roots, specially the tropical foods and our coffee style. I had to go away from the hotels to find what my Puerto Rico is. and that is Family and our traditional foods.

We stayed in a poolside cabana/resort view room and were not aware that the pool did not post hours of when swimming was allowed or when pool closed. There was a loud group of folks in the pool at 3am-- so we lost some restful sleep. Security did eventually show to escort them from pool.

The staff was amazingly attentive and a accommodating. The beach is beautiful and the rooms are as well. Resort is very clean. The adult only section of the resort is a great addition.
I didn’t like that I booked an ocean view room but was in an accessible room when asked to switch I was placed in a partially obscured view of the ocean. If breakfast is included in your stay you only have one option.

The atmosphere of the hotel gave vacation vibes. Whether you were at the pool, bar, or casino of the hotel good energy followed you. The people were nice and I loved the music!
I didn’t like how the hotel left a note on our door the day we were checking out stating that their records showed that I had an unpaid balance and to come to the front desk before check out. Clearly they were having systematic issues that led them to thinking we did not pay for our entire stay. Once I was able to show proof that I had paid the entire balance, they magically were able to find all of the transactions and print me out a receipt. I felt as if the hotel was trying to get more money out of me. Thankfully my bank declined the transaction for what they said I owed because they did not authorize any transaction with me prior to doing so.
