The Ivy Hotel

Location, location, location. You can walk to the beach from the Ivy in around 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I appreciated the included bottles of water and the lovely robes and slippers.

The pool could have been heated a bit more, it was a little cold.

One of my favorite things about the The Ivy would have to be the location, not only were we less than 20 minutes from the airport but most of the things we wanted to do were within walking distance. And what wasn’t within walking distance was between $10-$30 for an Uber ride. Condado beach and most of the restaurants and a cvs and Walgreens were all about a 5 minute walk. The hotel security was also a favorite of mine seeing as you couldn’t enter without being buzzed in. The front desk was so accommodating and so nice and made us feel very comfortable and secure. Now the only downside would be the room was a little tight for 3 people and the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t the best and there was no in room fridge or microwave but the price was really unbeatable for a last minute trip. Overall I would stay again but maybe just 2 instead of 3 people.

The breakfast was descent at The Wave Hotel - Bacon & Eggs would have been great - but they guys that work there was friendly & pleasant.

I was in Room 103 - the patio & bathtub was dirty & not clean the swing chair linens needed to be replaced. I understand it’s located outside. Also I was skeptical if I should take a bath outside- I noticed a surveillance camera on the corner of the building. I’m hoping it wasn’t faced towards privacy of the bath area located outside?

The location of the hotel is amazing, you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The hotel pool is a gem! The staff is super nice, they gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and other beaches to explore. They do offer breakfast at another hotel 1 block away from Ivy. The views from the rooftop are great and the staff there was also super nice. The hotel has towels and beach chairs that are super comfy.

Very small details... there are no shelves on the shower to put soap and shampoo, the curtain on the room could be darker, and some shade on the pool could be nice.

Check in was at 4 but we arrived early as we were coming off a cruise. The front reception gentleman accommodated us with storage of our luggage, suggested a restaurant near by which was excellent and walked over to the restaurant to give us our key early. Offered us pool/beach towels and portable chairs to bring to the beach. They also suggested a local pizza place for supper which was excellent. They also scheduled a taxi for our early flight.

All was good.

The location was perfect right behind a large street with restaurants and shops. The rooms were nice and I liked that they had a pool. We got complimentary breakfast served at a nearby hotel, we did not expect that so that was a very nice surprise. They also offered beach towels and beach chairs to lend. So nice with no kids there as well!

Could get a bit noisy during night due to nearby restaurants but it was so worth it anyway because of the location.

The Ivy is in a great location! For that reason alone it is worth the price. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were nice, new and clean.

The hotel seemed to be a bit understaffed which is very common these days. We definitely would’ve liked to have our room cleaned during our 4 night stay but it appears that we would’ve had to ask for that as our room wasn’t cleaned while we were there.

The Ivy Hotel was hidden right in the heart of the party district of Condado. I loved the greenery on the walls everywhere, the hotel room was modern and chic. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and the staff at the hotel were extra helpful. The pool and hot tub were an added extra bonus with the lights and privacy.

I would have preferred a full length mirror and dresser in the room. There were a few other things here and there, but none to mention. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was exellent ,room was big ,everything was clean and in order,the staff is super friendy,I had a rental and there was parking near the Hotel at a very resonable price

Better choice of snacks and drinks on the property , and the

Convenient location, nice continental breakfast a couple blocks away. The pool was perfect for after the beach relaxation. Staff was friendly.

Could have used a chair or two in the room. Although we booked same room types, our friends had a fridge while we didn't. Would have liked to have had a small fridge.
