Great location to the beach, with a bus stop outside for links to Sintra. Note that the tram is NOT working (May 2023) and not sure if/when it will be. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It's very clean and recently decorated and has a quirky sea and surf theme. The staff are lovely; all really friendly and helpful and breakfast is fresh and has a good variety for all tastes.
I don't want to be negative as it's a lovely hotel and what you get is reflected in the price. There is no AC and this may be more essential in warmer months, but for us this was not problematic.

The position was fabulous, lovely sea view and walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Nice lounge to relax in.
The rooms are a bit small if you are having a long stay. The rooms are also a bit dated, could do with some new paint and maybe change the light shades as they are very old fashioned.

The only possible thing one could miss is an airconditioning though with the ocean right across this wasn’t really necessary.

The location was very good…nearby there is good bars and restaurants and the beach and bus station. Bed was so comfortable and breakfast was good. Really friendly personal. I will come back!
