The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town (5-10 mins) and a little further you have the beach (15-20 mins). The hotel was spotless, the staff welcoming and friendly. The room was great, with shutters so it keeps the sun out in the day to keep the room cool, and keeps it extra quiet at night, although there is little noise to begin with. There is A/C also. There was a kitchenette with fridge and a small hob. There is a pool with loungers and a pool bar. Breakfast has a good selection of continental and English breakfast choices. Lots of fruit!

I do think the price was bit high at an average of 166 EUR a night, but of course demand is high and supply low during the summer. My stay would have been even better if there had been a gym, or if the gym around the corner would be included and if breakfast could be eaten outside. But really, the stay was very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful approach of reception staff. Cleaning staff were also very pleasant, and timed their visits to suit when I was away in the morning and before my return in the early afternoon - it's always nice to return to find the room serviced.

I only used the room as a base, so can't comment on the pool and other services at the hotel. Likewise the only booking available to me included breakfast, which I normally wouldn't include. I did take breakfast on a couple of occasions and it was fine, although the room felt quite crowded when it filled up.

A good amount of parking. The staff were nice and friendly! Breakfast is good. It was also nice having beach towels. The air conditioning unit was great too. thank you!

Just a few little things. - The twin beds that are put together it would be nice if they didn’t have as big a gap. Most other hotels that do the same thing put the twins right next to each other. - The shower head in the shower needs replacing. It’s flow is really weak. - I like the idea of the staff serving coffee but it ends up being kind of slow just because the guy on duty is overwhelmed keeping tables cleaned and put back together and I think the coffee as self serve when it’s busy might work better.

Excellent service by fantastic staff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day by wonderful cleaning staff. Very good location 5 minutes walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend a visit. We will definitely be returning.

Very good location. Staff were excellent breakfast was good. 5 min walk to all the restaurants and pubs. 15 min walk to beach.Beach was amazing Rooms were cleaned every day. Very quiet no noise. All rooms were air-conditioned.

Everything as fine...location was good but at the main street so if you are older and not so fast take a good look before you cross the street. The pool and area around it was nice.

The administration of the breakfast was not very good. I want start my day with as little stress as possible but here the situation at the breakfast room was stressed...the first days were really bad but I think it was due the corona-restrictions. Anyway, staff should not run in the dining room and not show bad attitude if you make a misstake according to the corona rule for example.

I stayed here with my sister for 9 nights, I have to say our stay was fabulous the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating nothing was too much for them. We want to say a big thank you to all the staff particularly the reception staff We have already booked our stay for next year and can’t wait to return

The room was very spacious and clean and the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. Great breakfast. convenient location to Alvor old town center

the only thing I didn't like is that despite the room was very clean there was a very unpleasant smell of damp

Modern place, the breakfast was amazing helpful staff Diana was lovely l. The cleaners were also great and I loved that the room can be cleaned everyday. They were really helpful.

They only provided breakfast which was lovely. the bathroom cwas clean and modern but could have done with ventilation or extracter. The AC could have been in a better position.

the hotel was spotless. Good choice of food for breakfast and at the pool bar.There was an issue with our sofa bed when we arrived. This was resolved within minutes with a replacement provided immediately. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The location is amazing, only 5 minutes walk to the centre.
