TURIM Presidente Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was just perfect overlooking the pool and the sea. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast a couple of times and once for an evening meal. The food choice was very good. The location of the hotel is fantastic for a nice relaxing holiday as it's in a quiet spot but easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The cocktails in the bar are excellent value. Would stay here again! Really happy with everything.

The hotel was fabulous, very clean and the staff were super friendly, especially Jose in the bar and the lovely girl at the pool, sorry I didn’t get her name. The room was lovely, we were upgraded to a sea view. Breakfast was acceptable and it was about a 10 minute walk to Praia Da Rocha.

Presidente was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve been to. The staff was so friendly and knew everything about hospitality and service. The rooms are better and bigger than pictured on the website. That is something we don’t not often experience, which made our stay even better. Also our little one enjoyed her stay and improved her eating due to lovely breakfast. And on top of it all, the beach is only one minute of walking. We will definitely come back another time and we also recommend others to stay here in Presidente as well.

the hotel was in an amazing location, perfect walking distance to the strip and great beaches but still in a quiet area the hotel had recently been renovated and that was all very nice

we had problems with the hot water in our room and some days had none at all also I don’t drink and at the pool bar we ordered 1 daiquiri and one smoothie- 2 daiquiris were brought down and I drank about half of it before realising there was booze in it

This hotel is immaculately clean it’s in an amazing location right on the beach and in my opinion the nicest part of the beach. For once this hotel is exactly like in the photos and amazing value for money. It is close to some very good restaurants I will definitely return great service and even a free upgrade to sea view which was a lovely treat.

For the price I paid there isn’t anything they could better I’m Very impressed.

All staff are very pleasant and friendly. The TV volume was too low for us but when I requested the receptionist to increase the volume there was no problem and they did it immediately. Everywhere was very clean and the daily housekeeping was an added advantage.

The only thing we were missing was somewhere to dry towels, etc. I understand hotels don’t want towels hanging over the edge of the balcony but we all need to dry towels, swimsuits, etc, somewhere. The addition of a retractable wall drying rack on the balcony would be brilliant.

Not enough parking we had to drive around outside at 11pm trying to find a car park (last thing you want to do after a flight and an hours drive to the hotel) Should offer small things like coffee to purchase, the powdered sachets in the room are not the best we had to walk every morning to find coffee the hotel didn’t provide we where lucky the first 5 nights but the last night we could here the person next door, we booked this as it said soundproofed, it really isn’t !

A spacious, clean and modern hotel which was ideal for a family holiday. Close to the beach and within walking distance of the main resort area. Rooms are very comfortable with great facilities and sizeable bathrooms. A good buffet breakfast served each morning, although very limited selection of items so it did become repetitive. We also had a spacious balcony with a sea view, and a top floor room which was quiet and peaceful during the evenings, ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

The pool area is only small with not enough of sun loungers available for the size of the hotel. This is more evident at weekends or late afternoons when locals would also descend on the pool area. he children's pool area is not fully utilised and feels like wasted space that could be better used. Expensive the food/drinks in the pool bar area, and no supermarket or restaurant within a close enough distance to the hotel to offer an alternative.

The hotel is nicely located across the street from the ocean. There are well maintained walkways to view the cliffs and you can enter the beach from numerous spots by way of steep stairs down (with a railing). It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk into town along this beautiful beach where there are numerous cafes and restaurants. The room was clean with comfortable beds and there was a partial view of the ocean (as expected from the room description). The lighting in the room was good. There's a nice balcony.

1) After arriving, we were starving and headed to the snack bar (the only food option). The menu was limited and they didn't bring what we ordered. It took us at least 45 minutes to get mediocre sandwiches. This experience convinced us not to have any further meals at the hotel. 2) Our fridge wasn't working. When we notified the front desk we were surprised to learn that no one could fix or replace it until the next day. This was inconvenient for us but could be much more of a problem for someone who needed medication refrigerated. We would expect such a large and nice hotel to have better maintenance.
