Real Bellavista Hotel & Spa

Our booking was moved to The Grande Real Eulaila Resort and Spa. All the staff were nice to us and always ready to help. I am particularly impressed with the customer service given by Hossanna each time we went for our breakfast. She was always all smiles and very efficient. Danielle in house keeping was also very nice and efficient as well as all the house keeping staff. All The reception staff were very nice each time we approached them for anything. They got our takeaway breakfast ready promptly because we had to check out early. The only thing that we do not like with our stay was the outside pool that was out of order. Overall it was a good stay and we would like to go back there and also recommend it to someone.

The swimming pool was out of order and this was not noted on the website.

The experience was mostly positive.

the only thing I did not "like" was the service in the gift shop, which, although I realise does not belong to the hotel, reflects really badly on it, as it is on its property and should be accountable to it ( the hotel). The young man that works there did not respond when greeted, carried on playing cards on his phone. Totally unprofessional. When I went to pay for our items, he continued to ignore us, as I placed the exact amount on the desk, he did not look up. When I pointed out that he should do a better job of client liason, he looked up briefly, utterly bored and perplexed with my comment, and remained silent. He went back to playing his game. He had been on the phone while we were in the shop, so he was not physically incapable of speach or hearing impaired.

Good facilities. Not a bad breakfast buffet. Outdoor pools for sunbathing. Pool bar is reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious. Nice bedsheets. Good shower in room.

Air con not great in the bedroom (it’s a bit dated!) check your package; you might have to pay more for the facilities like the sauna is €10 for example. Only permit one towel per day for the facilities which is odd if you want to go to the gym and pool for example! The resort is nice but not in an ideal location to stroll around what the area has to offer. You can get the shuttle or Ubers are cheap too.

We stayed here for 5 nights and thought it was exceptional value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet area but very conveniently located to both the old and new town. The free shuttle bus is a great option to travel around Albufeira and taxis back to the hotel were less than 4 euros. The staff were very friendly and were always happy to help. The room was a good size and it was clean.

The bar is quite expensive compared to the rest of Albufeira

shuttle bus could operate a bit later, finished pickups at 6.40 from town. parasols at pool arnt secure I was struck in face when one was lifted from base by wind. air con in rooms isn’t great they seem old and outdated. entertainment room in basement gets very warm and uncomfortable in the evening could do with some proper air con.

The staff were exceptional- friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The staff made the place fantastic. The only non-friendly staff we encountered were at the spa part of the resort.

Older style rooms but very clean and comfortable, so not really a negative. The buffet was too expensive and was therefore empty for very night. It looked wonderful but we could feed our family of four down the road for the same price as one person at the buffet.

Staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect very close to city center and easy to get to other parts by bus or taxi. The hotel bus shuttle was very handy as well and free although limited timetable. The breakfast was really good and the staff was amazing. Cleanliness of the room was on point and beds very comfortable.

The outside pool area was a bit small so we didn't really use it.

Hi everyone in Bellavista Hotel&Spa it was an amazing experience for me & family to be having such a good time’ breakfast lunches and a lot more during the day when the restaurant was preparing for evening’ snack or sandwich a lot more availability than I expected’ I loved it ‘ Well done to wonderful staff at Bellavista Hotel!

There isn’t anything much to say while everything else was on perfection’ as I thought it would have been 10out of 10 💯% Fantastic.

We liked it. The hotel is through the years, but very clean. We wanted to explore Algarve, but you can do many things - sauna, gym, swimming pool. The bed was too soft for me. The towels were like new and the bedding was clean. The room and bathroom are big enough. The breakfast good, but not extraordinary. I have seen better. Staff very friendly.

The furniture is not so modern.
