Always available in reception and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable.

The shower tray leaked as we had water everywhere each time and we had to ask for clean towels on the third day instead of maids changing them but reception did this without a problem

Apartment was very spacious and clean. We paid extra for a veranda overlooking the pool... great choice.

Too many groups of rowdy lads.... One group being 20 in number took over the pool area, played music at FULL blast, loud and rowdy. Families with young children did not use the pool area whilst this noisy group of idiots drank themselves stupid, swearing, shouting for the duration. Sadly no staff approached them to try to calm the situation, maybe understandable due to group size and level of intimidation. But very disappointing. Should add other groups of lads and girls stayed that week, and even though boisterous, which is not a problem the larger group went so, so far beyond this level. Guessing from hotel location being near the strip this is a hazard. We would not stay again because of this.

The rooms are amazing, lovely balcony also! Sadly we only had a quick stay, so no time for the pool but it looked very lovely. So close to pretty beaches also with plenty of opportunities to go for nice walks. Lots of small food shops nearby and the kitchen equipment was great.

Sadly we didn’t have any WiFi yet, as the area was new.

You simply must try a strawberry daiquiri at the pool bar. Joao knows how to make a daiquiri like perhaps; the best. We were noisy and sometimes too loud but they perhaps were very accommodating, not getting rid of our deposit for it despite we probably deserved it. I cannot finish the review without talking about the greatest part of it all. I’ll give you a clue, it rhymes with best bros. MOJITOS. Joao kept whipping us up a batch.

Not much wrong with it. Perhaps the pool closing at 8 and opening at 9 is too early to close and too late to open but that is just my opinion

Location was great, 10 minute walk to the strip, plenty of restaurants for dinner and breakfast in the area. Supermarket also close by. Only 10 minute drive to Old Town. Ubers were cheap to and from. 10 minute walk also to the beach, where there was water activities available. The apartment was clean, well supplied with kitchen appliances. Air conditioning and fan were also available. The pool was perfect for relaxing and had a bar for cold drinks, cocktails and ice cream. Security provided with wristbands and an electric gate at the entrance.

The room was beautiful, facilities in the room were fantastic, washing machine in the room was a bonus. It's a pitty about the pool facilities

The pool area at times was unusable, there was stag parties, hen parties, youth groups etc all drinking in the pool, smoking in the pool, spilling alcohol in the pool, swimming with no clothing on, we were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids so this meant we couldn't bring the kids to the pool area as it wasn't suitable for them, it definitely was not child friendly

a great place. fantastic apartment for the price - had everything we needed. 10 min walk to the strip; 40min to old town. Really clean. Staff were super helpful. very secure and safe. the private terrace was fabulous.

The aircon was only in the lounge, none in the bedroom where it was needed most. because of mosquitos as had to keep the windows closed so the bedroom got very hot indeed (there was a fan). it was fairly noisy by the pool. but this wasn’t the hotels fault. mainly because Albufeira is full of gangs of lads.

It is a self-catering very basic apartment hotel with good size apartments at least for one person and a dog. The one bedroom apartment with a terrace has one large terrace and two small ones / balconies, all in different directions. The apartment had a separate kitchen with a fridge, small freezer, ceramic stovetop and a microwave oven, no oven or dishwasher. It was perfect for our needs. Location is good, on the strip but a good 50-100 meters from the Main Street, so the hotel area is really quiet. Beaches are fairly near and there are a great number of restaurants nearby. The people at the reception were very helpful. Excellent value for money, especially when traveling with a pet.

No complaints. However, please note that there is absolutely nothing luxurious in the apartment and you might miss some items that you would expect to be in a hotel apartment. There were four glasses, four cups, four plates of a couple of different sizes, four forks, knives, spoons etc, which can be annoying for a larger group. You also have to bring you own dishwashing liquid, dishwashing brush etc, detergent for the washing machine if you need to use it. The soundproofing of the apartment was poor but that may be the case in many other accommodations in the area.

The member of staff on the night we arrived was amazing. We seen him a few times during our stay and he always had a smile and was always so helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious.

We received a noise complaint which I understand however a few nights after there was also very noisy people and I assume they never got one as they were loud until around 6am.

We went at a much quieter time of year so we had the pool almost to ourselves everyday. It was nicely maintained, clean and there was a little pool bar open for some refreshments. Our room itself was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and the room had air conditioning and a fan. There was a kitchenette which had a cooker, fridge and all amenities. There was also a sun terrace which was ideal if you wanted to sunbathe during the day. The location of the hotel is ideal for restaurants and bars which were right on the street above. Also it cost only €4.50 for an Uber into the old town if we preferred to go there for the beach and more nightlife. The reception staff were really friendly and more than helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future.

The bathroom was quite small and the shower was a tad dirty (shower curtain, tile grout etc). The shampoo/shower gel could have been topped up before our stay. We didn't get a service until maybe our 5th night so had to ask for fresh towels and loo roll at reception frequently.
