Great helpful, friendly and unobtrusive staff; interior, good breakfast, modern reconstruction

Because of the old floors, I’ve heard creaking all night long, it was as horrible as if someone was walking inside my room. Well, next time I will ask for a room with a garden view, because mine “double superior with balcony” had windows to the street, where was noisy. I had to close all the windows at night, so it was choice between fresh air or silence.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered us a complimentary drink and croissants when we checked in. There was also complimentary mineral water/tea/coffee in the room. The rooms are nice, nicely decorated, and have very nice air conditioning which can be controlled by each room individually. The location is good, within walking distance of old town, and close to some tram stops. The hotel breakfast was also good, and there is a nice patio location to sit outside as well. The cleaning staff were also all very friendly.

The apartment is really spacious and well set-up. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the basics. The staff was very nice and even though apparently there is a weight limit for dogs (I think 15 kg) they made an exception and let us stay with our larger dog. The bed was comfortable. Big sitting area with couch and table. They provided a water bowl and dog toy, which was a cute touch!

No AC, but the apartment stayed pretty cool during the day and there was a fan. The location was about 15-20 minute walk from Old Town. Not a great location if you want to be in the center of the action, as there aren't so many restaurants/bars, but is really ideal if you want a quieter and less busy area.

Room is really great and comfortable. There was a good hairdryer, comfortable beds, and even a long shoehorn. Guys at the reception are friendly and always happy to help.

-Creaky floorboards, when people walk in the other room you also hear this creaky sound. - the next claim is not to the staff, but to the hotel rule in general. The room has a minibar for which, of course, you have to pay if you ate or drank something from it. when you check out, they ask you whether you took something or not from the minibar, and then they go to check in the room. firstly, it’s a waste of time, because when you check out from the hotel, sometimes you rush to the train / plane, etc., and secondly, it shows a little distrust of the guests - the double bed is actually not big, but consists of two beds and the beds are slightly different in level, so you won’t be able to sleep in the middle

Breakfast great! Alexandra the manager is great help! Good night sleep. All stuff is very nice. Location is great, right at the city center.

My taxi driver that was supposed to pick me up at 4 am to drive me to airport, have not showed up, as Agata - receptionist told me taxi will be on time, night before my departure, I have paid for this service with cash ( 120 or 130 Zloty). So had to call an Uber at 4:12 and pay extra. Never was contacted regarding the refund.

- The staff were great, compliments to Agata and Ewa (or maybe Eda, sorry for the spelling). They helped us a lot and were always friendly. - Breakfast had everything we needed. - The room and bathroom were big and clean, nothing to complain.

- Internet was not stable and it was difficult to make some last minute work business at night. - Not a problem for us, but the city center is not "near" the hotel (around 15 minutes walk). But, there are plenty of buses that can put you there.

Not far away from the main railway station: you can get to the hotel by foot in 20 min or so. Neighbourhood is quite and charming. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well. There was a conditioner. Breakfast is served as "buffet", there were eggs (in a cute heart shape), sausages, cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee/tee, also sweets. As a complement, hotel may give you a voucher for the next stay.

A bit away from the city center. I would add oats to the buffet.

Rooms were very comfortable. you can make a coffee and go to the balcony drinking it. we had a balcony to inner yeard. You can order breakfast for the additonal price in the lobby. Parking - next to the building, city parking, time dependant price. The apartment hotel is placed in the quite region, we had anice walk from the center late in the night.

Missing the cups for the bigger family. there wer 3 small cups only in the kitchen.

We loved our stay in Krakow in LIV'INN. Quiet room, very good shower, sound proof windows for good nights sleep. Separate note on breakfast - buffet style, the selection was really good to suit different taste, nice breads, eggs, sausages, Salads, fruit, veg, pate, Kabanossi,crossants, pancakes, cereals, fresh yoghuts and juices. This hotel is definitely suitable for any group types, family, business or couples.

Nothing, if we are in Kraków again, we would stay in this place again.
