The Bonerowski Palace

Honestly I’ve been very surprised, it was much better than expected. Yes.they have a good score on booking but sometimes it doesn’t means anything. In that case it was really perfect. First at all the hotel is extremely well located, the building is charming, clean well maintained decorated with great taste. The stairs and the big chandelier were lovely. We got a junior suite which was wonderful : quite spacious, nice furniture, modern and clean bathroom with shower + bathtub. They do have high quality amenities including razor and teeth brush which are not even often provided in the most expensive hotels in West… luxury is in the details and they got it. Also breakfast was included, it was à la carte but we could personalize it, they were flexible. Staff was young, dynamic and very good. I’m traveling a lot so I do have experience with 5*. I can say that it has been a long time I haven’t been so pleased. Will definitely stay there if I come back to Krakow. Thank you !

Everything! I suppose the wonderful, wonderful staff was the best thing shortly followed by the incredible building and the position, oh and the amazing breakfasts with free Mimosas and the best granola.

Don't like to say anything was wrong because this hotel is a dream. That said, we asked for an extra pillow as it was needed. We were given it, no problem. The room was too warm for sleeping but the air con seemed to do nothing. Weirdly, only 1 tea bag and one fruit tea in room per day. Coffee was only available from the bar/restaurant but you could have 2 free cups a day. They were delicious.

The hotel is stunning... a mix of old and new The staircase and chandelier are an amazing focal point Our room was amazing I have never seen curtains like it in my life. We also enjoyed complimentary prosecco for my bday - thank you An amazing location right in the market square lots of bars and restaurants... spoilt for choice We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The breakfast is gorgeous... the full English is not what we expected but a Polish twist! The variety for breakfast is very good and you can have mimosas whilst looking out on the square. Robes and slippers provided in the room along with lovely smelling toiletries

I think there should be better tea and coffee facilities in the room. Floor in our room is very slippy with socks on as are the rugs... maybe get some non slip matts for underneath

I liked the location and assistance of receptionists. The room maid did up the room and put my son’s toys in an artistic way to his greatest pleasure. The potter was highly courteous on the day we were leaving.

When I was trying to open the front door, which is heavy, I received no help although the staff was inside watching me struggling with the door. I had a room without breakfast, don’t know how it could have happened as I had been looking for the included first meal, so I was informed about that and agreed to pay extra in case I have it. When I entered the restaurant the following morning and told my room number, there arrived an agitated waitress preoccupied with the matter causing some embarrassment and side thoughts of mine that there could have been issues with guests or something and disturbing the serenity of other guests. I had to soothe her reassuring that I would pay all extras. Unexpected

Cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional rooms so in line with the culture and the city which is what we look for instead of the generic rooms where you could be anywhere in the world. Reception and sign in excellent, accommodating and no one waited around for tips etc; You felt relaxed as soon as you had registered and shown to your room along with your cases. The receptionist spoke excellent English, always smiling and knowledgeable about trips and will book anything for you. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and location were excellent , on the square and the room was so quiet. Breakfast was fair but you would struggle for a coffee on a busy day due to the poor coffee machine. Breakfast was good but not the 5 star you see in other establishments if we are comparing. Poor range of cereals, yoghurts and there was little variety of 'specials'( creme brulee every day) with same fruit out for several days. Despite this the menu options were very good , well cooked, service good and staff were professional, friendly and made sure you were enjoying the stay. Definitely stay here again without question. We will be back soon.

Having to leave and come home from a well located hotel with excellent staff.

The location on the main square is fantastic and as we book a suite we got much more than expected, Breakfast was good and I am sure I could have had more Prosecco if I had asked when the bottle was empty. Staff is just very helpfull and everything works smooth. The room we got was a Chinese decorated room and living in China was like getting home.

Only problem was getting to the hotel in car and to find the parking place BUT the hotel sent a person with me so all good. Do not drive into the square but stop and walk to the hotel.

The property is friendly , clean , literally right on the square and it’s very quite in the room due to sound proof windows . We booked an executive studio and loved it for my wife , son and myself . The gave us a roller bed for my son . The breakfast which was included was excellent and the staff was over accommodating and friendly . We will be back at the palace . Thank You for a few days of great hospitality .

We couldn’t stay longer !!!!

The location is amazing, we are an english couple, stayed in the suite room and it was absoloutely breathtaking, the facilities were unreal. I would recommend anyone to stay in the suite and the value for money for 3 nights is so worth it.

There was an issue with the aircon and myself and my partner were drunk as skunks and couldnt fix it, thankfully the staff were more than attentive and sorted it out immediately for us. It was most simple to fix and we should've been able to do it ourselves! The staff go above and beyond.

Everything! The staff are the best than anywhere that we have stayed. They went above and beyond for everything. The room was large enough for our family and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. The room extremely quiet. The view amazing and peaceful on the square. The breakfast was delicious, and everything we ate at the restaurant. They staff brought an extra bed that was so helpful. The Bathtub was very relaxing. The location is perfect!
