the locked entrance door -god this was annoying. every time we wanted to enter the hotel We had to ring the intercom and few times there was no answer and we had to wait very long time for the door to be open. i do not see what the point in this. we were at many hotels in poland and never faced such thing. every hotel door was open all the time the breakfast- few times The pot of omelet was empty in addition to other things and i couldn't eat properly because of that

Perfect hotel, perfect buffet breakfast, near Main Square and Main station. Nice room.

Stink in the lobby. In the room, there was an opaque window on the bathroom door, through which the light shone terribly at night to wake up my girlfriend. On bottom of door to the bathroom was a cutout from production through which I could shake hand with person on toilet - I don't understand why it's there.

Very friendly and professional staff in the reception. Upon arrival late at night I needed to change room due to overwhelming smell of detergents in the first room and failure to open the window. We were given another room on the first floor facing the busy street but it was more spacious and with earplugs you didn't mind the traffic, It was good to be able to have the window open at night and all day. We booked with breakfast included because I was travelling with my son, had I been alone I wouldn't have bothered with breakfast since there really wasn't much to eat in my opinion. Lots of food but not my taste. My son however was satisfied. Location is a big Yes about this hotel. Close to the train station and the large Galleria Krakowska, very close to the old city and also within walking distance to the Jewish quarter. The bed was really comfortable, a hard mattress and a nice pillow, we slept like babies! Great stay!

Breakfast. There were carpets in the rooms.

Excellent location, just outside the city centre and Planty (the large urban green belt around the old town), 7 min walking distance to Rynek Główny (the main square), 7 min to Galeria Krakowska (shopping centre) and the Kraków Główny train station. We booked 3 rooms, each were clean, the beds were quite comfortable, there was also a can of water, kettle and tea. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Despite having a busy road with trams in front of the hotel, the noise is cancelled out quite well.

The room is rather tiny, so I bumped into the bed a few times. I was happy to notice that it was the only room with a small balcony facing the street and the greenery, but the large door could be opened just slightly and not possible to step out. There is only 1 parking place belonging to the hotel in front of the building (paid separately), we were fortunate to be able to book it as we only stayed 1 night for this business trip and had to leave in the morning. After entering the building, you have to drag your suitcases through a set of stairs to the reception area, then there is a lift available.

We arrived very early in the morning from a night train. The staff was so lovely to have our room set up first so we could check in and rest well before regular check in time.

One of our nights a man tried to break into our room. The had security cameras but as there will wasn't a security card checking who came in late at night we felt a bit unsafe after that. However when we called the girl at reception from our room she did inform other staff members about the incident and seemed like she wanted to help us.

The hotel is located in great location! Only 3 minutes walk from main square! Around 10 minutes walk from train station and 5 from the bus station. The room was exceptionally large! And beds were very comfortable. Breakfast every day was the same but very delicious! Different pastries, which were also delicious. Reception staff helped us book Aushwitz trip which went smoothly and also went above and beyond to check prices for other ones and make sure they have student discounts! It was also very clean and the staff in whole hotel very nice and kind to everyone. Huge positive is being able to leave your luggage if you have later flight or travel back home! For sure we will come back! 100% recommend😁

I loved everything. The beds are crazy comfortable. Idk if it's because I was drunk, but I slept divinely. Also, every main attraction is really close and easy to reach. Several facilities around the place, atm machines and super markets. I love the staff too. They kept my luggage overtime after the check out; this allowed me to better enjoy a day trip to Wieliczka, which I reached in just 30min since the hotel is 10min by walk from the station. Definitely a place I'll come back during my next trip in Krakow.

I liked everything.

The hotel for once was exactly as on the pictures! Air conditioned rooms with a comfortable bed. Felt very safe during covid. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had in any hotel. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Location couldn’t be any better. Don’t think twice just book this place for your stay in Kraków😊 Will definitely book again when coming for a visit!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Good breakfast, nice location, rooms are clean and tidy.

There's no one to help you with your luggage, which is uncomfortable since there are stairs with no elevator alternative (to get from building entrance to the reception). Taxi cannot stop in front of the hotel because of traffic restrictions and parking space in front of the hotel always occupied. I would suggest the hotel to reserve at least some space, it is very tiring after the journey to bring the luggage along the whole street from around the corner.

Hotel is nice, good breakfast. Close to the railway station. Old city is just across the street. Very nice location, you can walk to all sights. I had a room with windows going into the yard, so trams didn’t bother me. Good sound insulation, didn’t hear any neighbors. Very

Beds in double room are very narrow, not very convenient pillow. Room is small. Bathroom cosmetics could be better, there is only soap and smth all-in-1 in the shower.
