Garden Square Hotel

Rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. I was lucky to be at back of hotel where there was little noise. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Food in restaurant at night was fantastic and well worth a visit. Cleaning staff for rooms were fantastic and make the hotel what it is.

I found the staff at breakfast and at reception very unfriendly on the whole apart from one lady with glasses who worked at reception. Nobody acknowledged you when you passed them. I was at the hotel for over a week and only 2 members of staff acknowledged me. Hotel is not easily accessible but you can walk 10 mins to tram stop and get into Old Town.

we really likes the hotel. the bad is comfortable. the room size is normal. the staff is fantastic. food restaurant for a very good price and was very tasty, we didn’t even go out for dinner elsewhere. coctails are delicious

breakdast could be varied, as it was the same scrambled eggs, boiled sausages and pancakes every day. the coil didn’t work, so the towels didn’t dry, so we changed them every day.

Located at 4 km from city center, very close to a railroad train station, modern and nice hotel, good breakfast , restaurant of the hotel very good, nice sauna( u need to make appointment), comfortable beds, reception staff was friendly

The room was small and the bathroom also, staff from the breakfast not polite and not attentive to clients ( speaking with each other very laud), service was made late, noisy because is located very close to railway station, parking overrated 40zlty per day( we had book with free parking, but at the end we had to pay anyway 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻), the balcony of the room was dirty, underground parking was also not clean

Property ws about 20min in a taxi from the airport. All the staff were very polite and helpfull. Rooms where very modern wih safe and fridge and it was nice to se sparling and still water as well as the typical tea / coffee making usuals. Uber or Bolt taxi to the centre of town varied due to time of day byt Circa zl20 around £4 ... Breakfast had a great selection similar for the eveing meals and the bar was will stocked. Overall it was a very nice hotel. Alos not the hotel communicated directly via email to ensure coonfidence in the booking.

Breakfast was very good and a lot of options around there, room was very clean and spacious, quiet area a bit out of city crowd and typicall noise, room has all neccesary equipment and additional bed for our kiddo.

bed for 2 adults was super smal and we didn'f find it comfortable at all for both of us. Mattress itself was extremely comfortable however for one person to sleep properly, taking into consideration that room was spacious it's a bit of bad space managing in my point of view. Paid parking of 60 PLN is a bit shame, it should be included in the price.

-clean rooms and well maintained hotel - Fine taste and classy decoration, loved the design of everything, you can see lots of efforts put into this hotel - great staff and amazing service!! 10 out of 10 - amazing food at the restaurant, we had dinner there and we couldn't ask for better

- bed was a bit small for 2 persons - would be good to have bigger bottles of water in the room - hotel is not located in a touristic area but very close to Łagiewniki train and tram Station, by tram you can reach the center in about 15mn, or you'll need a taxi.

The hotel is located near the main highways but far from the center. We were traveling and needed to sleep one night. If you want to be in the city center, this hotel is not for you. Breakfast was very good—lots of choices. We also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It was good but a bit more expensive than average in Krakow. Easy check-in. Paid parking.

My room was not ready 100%. No shampoo and no towels. The reception was fast to respond, but still, I think this was not up to standards for this price.

When an airline lost my luggage, I had to wait 5 days at the hotel to receive it. When I instructed the reception to call me when the luggage would arrive, nobody called me even though I mentioned 5 times to call me even if I'm asleep so that I don't overstay. The instructions weren't followed but the hotel gave me discount.

I was positively surprised! They exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design is modern and well thought out. After check-in, you'll find elegant interiors. Everything was perfect, pleasant smell and exceptionally clean space when I entered the room. From the front desk through the stairs/ elevator to the room, everything was aesthetic and spotless as well. I enjoyed the sauna sessions. That place was very functional and thoughtful. Not to mention the cuisine and diverse breakfasts that the restaurant serves. 4Seasons dish up delicious food; that was a fantastic food experience. The taste was extraordinary, and I took my hat off to the chef! The service was very kind and supportive, and there was a friendly atmosphere that caught my attention. I recommend this place, and defiantly I'll revisit it :-)

I would suggest buying a new ironing board. With demanding fabrics, a solid ironing board is of great importance, it was not tragic, but it could always be better ;-) It would be nice to be able to use a steam iron when ironing silk.

Garden Square Hotel totally exceeded our expectations. Hotel is brand new with contemporary design. The superior room was very spacious more than usual size and bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. There was a new big size tv. Hotel’s restaurant run by young chef is absolutely brilliant. Food was really delicious. Modern interpretation of some Polish classics and creative dishes by the chef. We had honestly the best breakfast ever with high quality of products and the offer from salty and sweet food was broad and various. Bravo chef! We got really excellent value for money.
