Q Hotel Plus Kraków

Super location for exploring Krakow - beautiful views of the river and city. 15 minute walk across the bridge to Old Town. Would definitely recommend a balcony room in the summer. Air con is amazing!

Breakfast was overpriced (for local market) and didn't have many options for UK/ vegetarian palate. A lot of the published items such as smoothies and granola pots weren't available on the day we tried it. There is a wealth of better and cheaper options to be found outside the hotel.

Everything was amazing- breakfast, reception staff, room and excellent location!

I wish we were informed better about parking as we thought that parking outside belongs to the hotel and found 2 fines from council behind the mirror after check out.

The location is brilliant for visiting,at 20 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions. The breakfast was brilliant! The staff was beyond helpful. We had our check out in the early morning ,but unfortunately our flight got cancelled.However the lovely staff from reception gave back our room and provided us with late free check out to accommodate the new departure time. I cannot rate them higher!!

Excellent reception staff esp Dominique (I think). Very helpful. Loved the location of the hotel. Close to tram and bus to visit Old Town. Room was a decent size with very good towels and bed linen. Extremely clean spic and span room. Will definitely visit this hotel again. Keep up the good work!

Almost nothing... Just that they didn't't have a weighing scale to weigh my bags..would have been helpful.

when i asked admin where is bankomat , she clearly explained how to get to center of the city aprox. 1km but she do not know that bankomat standing just into front of her , into the hotel just 5 meters from reception :) i asked other question and they can not answer me , so i think to train staff needed just main common questions , nothing from out of space

My wife with two small kids went by car from Ukraine and stayed a night in this hotel. Hotel is nice, we were here couple of times before and liked it too much. But this time the staff were not so friendly like they should. They didn’t propose any complements, like glass of water or help with moving luggage to the number. Also they didn’t propose to park a car in their closed protected parking for free (I know that it costs 70 PLN normally, but knowing that it’s full car with personal stuff like clothes, that can be stolen during the night, they can do this, it costed them nothing). I wanna see the personal to be more friendly and open minded. Especially nowadays when people need help.

The breakfast was very good for the hotels price. The room was quite nice and clean. Its location is excellent, just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center. Yet, within 10 minutes of walking, you are in the old city.

My toilet had a rotten egg smell, probably one of the drains were semi blocked and needs to be cleaned with some form of disinfectant.

Fire alarm went off, no direction or commutation of procedure from staff

The key broken in the first room: I couldn't lock the room because the manual lock on the door was broken. But they changed me to another room. It could have been more helpful if they came with the new key and helped me to move from the old room to the new one. I had to pac up, go down, change the key at the front desk and go up again

Very modern, clean, spacious and a lot of choice for breakfast

The receptionist was very abrupt and didn’t smile once, she was quite rude when speaking and if you didn’t answer within a second she was staring at you like you made her wait 10 minutes for a reply.
