Hilton Garden Inn Krakow

we stayed at the Hilton Garden inn for 5 days. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. Every day they came and cleaned it for us. They put clean towels every day and bottles of water. You don't hear any noise inside the rooms or outside on the street, it's very quiet. The staff was very friendly and kind. Always willing to help us. The view from the room and the garden in front of the hotel was amazing. we would definitely go again. we left very happy :) Thank you !

The only small thing that needs a bit of enrichment is the breakfast. But everything else was perfect !

This place exceeded my expectations in subtle ways. Here are some things I particularly enjoyed: - At the reception when checking in, I was asked if I'd like to have a room overlooking the sights which was a bit louder due to facing the main street, or the quieter room on the other side - I like that this choice was left up to me. - Finally a place which provided a thin pillow already in the room, along with the regular thicker pillow! This seems like such an easy thing to get right, and yet most places I stayed in in the past would provide only the thicker type and be surprised to hear I'd like a thin pillow in the room. - The amenities I particularly enjoyed: a dedicated face towel, coffee/tea set with a large choice of both, tissue box in the bathroom, an additional thick blanket. - The breakfast - a rich variety of good quality food and the staff on site who regularly assured the availability of all products and were very attentive. - Several free parking spots outside the hotel. - A variety of Polish and English speaking channels on TV.

There were 2 things that were a bit unpleasantly surprising: - The water in the tap was lukewarm at best (although that wasn't an issue in the shower). - The cleanliness left a bit to be desired - there was a long hair in the bathtub which I'm not sure how it could've been missed during cleaning, and there was a large oily stain on the bedside table under the phone. Though, I'm sure that the above were just a fluke, and the next time it'll be better.

The hotel reflects the usual Hilton Garden Inn quality standards. The staff were all nice, friendly and helpful ! We had a late dinner upon arrival, the food was really delicious and prices were reasonable. There is a small play corner for the children where our son had good time while were enjoying the meal. The breakfast was also very good. There is a waffle machine at the breakfast hall where you can get one of the dough jars and cook waffles for yourself or children. We really liked that. The hotel in general is child-friendly thus preferable for the families traveling with kids. There is a parking lot (free) which is another positive aspect for the facility. The room size is more than enough and facilities are modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. We had asked for a sofa bed for our sone (of course it was me who slept in it :) which was comfortable too. In general we really enjoyed the quality of the service we received with a quite reasonable price.

All was good as we have not faced any negativity.

Conveniently located and very easy to get to. Free parking. Good wifi. Big rooms. Has some US style - like ice machine on the floor. The room was clean and had all amenities like in other Hiltons. Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again here.

The location is just on the busy street/motorway - but you get an choice of rooms with street or yard orientation at check-in. Breakfast is good but could be better - we stayed in several equal priced hotels at this trip and this one is not my top choice.

The situation was not particularly handy for sightseeing the main venues in Krakow, though this was less of a problem for someone like myself who doesn’t mind walking a fair bit. On the penultimate day of my stay, the room was not serviced at all, which was a bit of a surprise in a hotel of standing such as this.

Nice hotel, clean, very tasty breakfast. It was a problem in my room with the air conditioning(it wasn't working), after several times went to the receptionist my room was changed to a good one. Also, it was a nice present for the children for the inconvenience.

I would prefer to have a room with working air conditioning from the beginning or at least want to have it then the problem was voiced the first time

I use this hotel often when I travel to and from Ukraine. Fits in well with my travel from Scotland as it is situated at airport, takes the hassle between flying and bus travel. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped. The restaurant is exceptional both evening meals and breakfast. Will continue to use this hotel on my travels. Highly recommend to anyone using Krakow airport as a relaxing stop over before they continue their travels.👍

Good location, near to old town on foot (15 min walk) and next to the Forum building area, which is a very popular gathering place and amusement park. Bed was comfortable and standard room had a bath tub, which was nice.

Free parking space is few, if nothing available then only option is to park underground which is paid service. Lots of drivers ignore no-parking zones in the free parking lot, so lot of cars parked on curbs and other pedestrian areas. Long waiting times for elevators during peak hours.

Please have in mind that if a tourist arrives from aboard (which is no polish) has no Zloty in the pocket, no ticket for transport, is not possible to reach the city , maybe you can organize public transport tickets at receiption where tourists can buy to get in the city. with the bus or tram as example. Please put some tourist information at the reception desk what to see city plans etc... highliths of the city, whre to go for polish cuisine, bars etc... thx rest was superb :)
