Good bed and spacious, clean bathroom. Ample space in the room to relax.

The selection at breakfast buffet was very ordinary and not unique. The reception people were not giving attention to my Filipina partner and she felt discriminated against. The receptionist did not even glance at her for any questions about our stay. The focus was only on me as the payer of the room.

This hotel was a great bargain with friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean room and comfortable beds. We had a great stay here and will happily come back to the luxent if we are in the area again.

The Luxent hotel is situated virtually right on a busy street. Its not a beautiful location and they do not have much room outside the lobby for parking and getting into and out of vehicles. It can be a bit crowded at times but not a major problem in any way as long as you are prepared for it. Breakfast area could be a little cold if you sat in a seat getting the full blast from the AC. This wasn't a problem as there were always lots of options on where to sit.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool area is excellent. The actual room was lovely.

Checkin is at 2:00 pm but I was told the room was still not ready at 2:00 pm but when I complained a room was suddenly ready immediately ! Hate being lied to ! There was a knocking noise at 7:00 am from the walls or ceiling - sounded like some maintenance - woke me up too early !! Breakfast buffet was ok but they kept running out of food - also a confusing layout e.g. I could not find the egg station.

Beddings and toiletries. Would have been excellent if they have loofa and disposable hair cap.

We stayed at room 1104. Dish out request. It took the staff all day and you need to call thrice before they get things done. Iron...dry iron only with stained plates so unable to use. Steamed iron is now a must for a room that cost Php11,000 for 2 nights. Refrigerator: to small and very old. Doesn't keep the bottled water cold. Closet: awkwardly set up. Cant even hang long gown and dress. Food: they have good quality food but service is very slow both at restaurant and room service. Doorbell: rooms doesn't have doorbells. Disturbing as u can hear the knocking on the door from other rooms.

My kid liked the pool. Breakfast buffet is also good, they allow us to bring food for my kid since the included in the package was just 2 adults and separate payment, 50%(php 440) for my son, which is not worth it since he eats small serving of food, so we just bought in nearby jollibee.. There’s also a chef that cooks omelette based on the ingredients you choose, after served we put salt, pepper and butter and it taste better. The room is ok, spacious enough. Location is good as it is nearby a lot of food stall/restaurants. We ate in lola cafe and frazzled cook. We have few left over food that I wanted to reheat, i asked if there’s charge, they said yes, but since ours is few, its free of charge, thanks to room service.. Compared to other hotel, the room aesthetic is just fair, but we are not after the aesthetic, the food is good, pool is great, location as well and the best thing is it’s cheaper, so we can stay longer.

There was a picture of glass pool but its under maintenance since pandemic.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was good. The beds were comfy. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The gym was okay. The rooftop bar and pool were really nice. Excellent views of the local area from the rooftop. The location was okay.

The wifi was very spotty and didn't work well. The gym wasn't very well equipped, but was okay. The location of the hotel was decent, but not in a very nice area.

Clean and cool rooms, very cordial staff. Free upgrade to a Premier Room. Was given option for early check in. Clean pool with clean yellow towels.

1. Took longer to check-in/out this time. Not a lot of desk personnel to cater to a long queue. 2. The breakfast buffet didnt have a lot of extraordinary choices for a Fathers Day weekend. Took too long to replenish drinks, coffee and overall, the rest of the food items. I will think twice to book on a date with an expectedly higher number of guests.

I can say I like practically everything about Luxent. The staff members are very courteous and polite. Jazz and Miguel are so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I have been extending my stay even though I am a QC resident. I just wanted to rest out from home and celebrate my birthday just relaxing and from my supposed 3 day stay from July 12, I'm still here and it's The 16th. 🤣🤣🤣The food is wonderful! Their buffet is so good and so are the staff in the Garden Cafe. Their pool is very clean.. And their bathrooms, so clean. Bed and beddings are comfy and the room is clean even if I got a smoking room with a balcony! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Luxent Hotel will take care of you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was nice and hallways well lighted. Staff was accommodating even when we checked -in late already and answered our call when we informed the front desk that we would be checking in late. Buffet breakfast was nice, too. The staff waited patiently for us even though we woke up late and ate breakfast late too. 😅

I wish they had controlled the temperature in the pool since the water was freezing cold, nonetheless, a water heater would be nice. Staff were courteous and accommodating, so it was that not bad after all.
