Eurotel North EDSA

I love the free continental breakfast. Food was excellent everyday. The staff was very accommodating, respectful and always there to assist us. The room assistant did an outstanding job. Our room is always clean. We get our tortures supply everyday.

I only wish we had a refrigerator in our room. We bought some authentic fruits from out of town that we have not tasted for a long time. Other than that everyday was outstanding. I could have not stay in any other place than Eurotel. I will strongly recommend Eurotel to my balkibayan friends.

The room is spacious enough for myself. The food was served in a disposable container... how I wish we can get back to normal breakfast that we can go to the lounge and able to eat fresh and hot food.

When the breakfast served without hot drinks and I need to request and waited long to come and served. No kettle to use so I can have tea or coffee. Hard to be in a quarantine status.

The room is clean, fresh and bright. The food is delicious and affordable. The bed is soft and comfortable. The staff are accommodating, nice with pleasant personalities. My stay in your hotel is worth it.

The only thing that I did not like is the thick glass window that prevented me from seeing anything from outside and made me feel the loneliness of being quarantined. Though, I understand if it is due to safety issues.

The location was brilliant, very accessible to local transport and two big malls (sm & trinoma ). The breakfast was poor in all levels. There was only coffee and water. No tea or fruit juice.

I like everything in the hotel..the service, the location the wifi is also very strong and the people who work are also very nice. location wise it's good as its a cross of foot bridge to access sm north so its very accessible for everything you need.

I like everything.. but maybe it would better if they put swimming pool in the rooftop.

WE ALWAYS BOOKED 2 SINGLE ROOMS; BUT GOT AT FIRST ROOMS WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT - BUT AFTER A FIRST COMPLAINT WE ALWAYS GOT WHAT WE ORDERED AND WERE ALWAYS TREATED NICELY

I have been going to this hotel for a long time even before I moved overseas for work, but this will be my first review of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. There were a few issues with my initial room but they were really responsive and apologetic, and in fact they even upgraded my room from a Suite 1 to a much bigger Suite 2. I had a few requests from them and they were very accommodating. The room-to-price ratio is unmatched, and the location is just across SM North EDSA and a few minutes walk to the MRT station (during hot days, you can walk to it through SM and Trinoma for the shade). There is also a grocery store right next to it, a Jollibee, a 7-eleven and a few ATMs nearby. I would definitely book here again next time I visit.

The equipment are a little run down. My original room had an issue with the toilet's water tank, the personal fridge in my upgraded room has a missing leg, and the airconditioner does not have a remote and was fixed at 22 degrees C. The bedsheets have visible (permanent) stains and I ended up not using them. A lot of surfaces were greasy, but maybe that was just a cleaning agent. But to be fair, I still think the rooms are still acceptable given how cheap they were.

STAFFS WERE VERY NICE. VERY FRIENDLY QUICK ACTIONS EVERY TIME I NEED HELP. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR ME BECAUSE I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT MANILA AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT DURING MY STAY. Thanks to the staffs. They did a very good job👍😊

some request didnt come on time or not at all. maybe short staff

I like to room, it is very spacious and clean. I also like the location as it is near supermarkets, restaurants and malls.

There is no bathtub. They should have at least in family rooms.
