Ardenhills Suites

The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. The room aircon is cold and quiet. The staff is truly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They could sense if guests needed something. They all have the initiative to offer their services. The speed of their service is outstanding, they responded quickly to my requests, no matter if it's night or early morning.

If you book 2 beds, there are not enough power outlets on the other bed because there is a lamp shade plugged in and that is the only outlet on that side. There are many choices of food on the breakfast buffet, and the presentation is good, but the taste of the foods can be improved.

I had a very wonderful 12-night stay in Ardenhills Suites. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception and hotel restaurant to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! I commend Justin, Hera, Raj at the front desk, Jason and his team from the Patio restaurant, Jomari of the Concierge team, and the cleaning staff on the 6th floor for their exceptional service. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Manila, and this one was at the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever: spotlessly clean and spacious room, modern furniture, and extremely comfortable bed. We will come again!

Clean, clean, clean! This hotel is super clean with nice, modern amenities and an air of luxury. It always smelled great and was bug-free. Can't ask for more. The staff were incredible, so friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff in any hotel I've been in around the world. An additional friend came through Manila while I was staying there, and we were able to get an extra bed/amenities in the room for a few nights for a reasonable fee, which was a big help. The pool area is a nice environment.

there was a hot water problem in my shower that persisted a while, but once the staff realized they couldn't fix it, they upgraded our room, so I was more than satisfied with the resolution. the new room had great hot water.

The overall service provided by the staff. Clean room and indoor swimming pool. They were able to provide a crib as we requested with an extra comforter at no extra cost.

We had to transfer to another room as the a/c in the first room was not working. We requested for a flat iron before our checkout. We rang the reception and the lady said they would send one so we waited until our checkout but there was none even after we followed up.

Staff are very hospitable and nice. Aircon is working very well. Their water shower and heater works nice. Room was enough for us with kids and gave us free crib. I love their bath tub in Junior Room

Bed was a little bit uncomfortable. Too soft that you feel like drowning. Pillows were very protected that feels like you are hugging a balloon due to the multiple layer of sheet that covers the pillow. Internet connection is slow. Parking was very cramped especially for big cars.

I liked everything about this accommodation. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Staff amazing 👏 the kids had their own room and big king in ours.

Pool was not warm or enclosed to prevent noise and soot.

Hotel is great, service is good. Very clean and pleasant, a good value.

I absolutely didn't like the neighborhood. You can't walk around because "there is nothing", and it's extremely polluted and entirely unsuited for tourism.. I wouldn't book in Quezon again, period, I'd look for another neighborhood, like Makati.

The place is near any business and party place.Staff ate also accomodating and kind. I will definitely return and suggest ot with friends.

For now amenities are not yet complete but this not hinder our atay to enjoy

We like everythink,specialy the food and always helpful and friendly stuff,the room we stay was clean and spacious,and furniture where new. We first stay for 3 days,then we extend stay there becose we like the hotel, nextime when we come again to Manila we stay in same hotel.

Exceptional service from the staff. The room was clean and we loved the bathroom.

The Junior Exec room was smaller than expected. A bit crampy if I might say. There's not too much space to move around.
