A good hotel with excellent non-intrusive service and an excellent location. It is located in the center, within walking distance of many attractions, which is very convenient. Excellent hearty buffet breakfasts. You can find everything: cheese, ham, salmon, Norwegian cheese, coffee, juice, porridge, bacon, fruits, vegetables, yogurt. They offered check-in 2 hours earlier, which was a huge plus after the journey. It was no problem to leave things in the guest room on the day of arrival and departure, which allowed us to enjoy the city a little more

For me there was only one minus - the size of the room. But this did not affect the overall impression.

Excellent gluten free options available. Breakfast had a large selection of various foods daily. The hotel was family friendly and the location could not have been better. Simple short walk from Oslo Central Station and to the palace, Aker Brygge and more. The availability of a travel cot for our 1 year old daughter was excellent and the option to store luggage on check out while waiting for our flight home was wonderful.

The air conditioning did not work particularly well and the daily room cleaning was no more than a simple remake of the bed - bins were not emptied and the surfaces were not cleaned down - aside from this there are no complaints.

Location is great, it's in the city center, in the middle of everything, at the same time on a small quiet street. Breakfast is top class, choice is very rich (there is no champagne, however :) ). Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Clean and pure Nordic design.

Very minor remarks, which do not ruin the overall superb experience: the size of the room is minimum, to satisfy the basic needs (but if you spend most of the day outside acquainting with the city, that's totally fine :) ). The interior is somewhat worn out, but nothing drastic, everything is clean and taken care of.

Located right off Karl Johan Gate main shopping road but in a quiet side street. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with so many choices and a really relaxed vibe. Bathroom was great and room service was done each day while we were out. Close to public transport, restaurants and parks. Opposite parliament building.

Room was fine but no aircon that you could adjust. Stuffy at night. Needed a chair in the room and ideally room to move around the bed.

Staff was trully wonderfull, really friendly and open for our requests. It was just a bit sad they didn't inform we had coffee for free a the hall, but everything we asked for (small things) was provided with a very friendly smile, even with our messing children walking around :). The location was also excellent and 10min walking from the train station.

The room was a bit small, but matched with the price range of the region. It really didn't had a space for you to leave your cloths for example, very few rangers and no wardrobe at all.

The location was great - close to all the touristy things and shopping/dining, but a block off the main drag so it was a little quieter. I would request a room away from the street though, as the noise from the street could be loud with people walking home from drinking. The breakfast spread was delicious!! They asked you to come at an allotted time to allow for a better “flow” and seating available, which our group appreciated.

The sheets are pretty scratchy, and there are stains on the carpet, but both were minor “issues”.

It was really close to everything and nice and cozy. The breakfast hall was big enough for everyone and next to the hotel there was a giftshop and a sports bar.

The only thing bad was Wednesday early morning when some trucks dumped a lot of glass next to our hotel and that was really noisy.

Amazing breakfast! The rooms were simple but funcional and very clean. The location is perfect right in the center of Oslo. It is possible to mirror your phone to the TV! The staff were amazing they kindly offered us a to go breakfast since we departed early in the morning

This hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk everywhere from there or use the public transport. Our room was small, but if you need only to sleep there, it is enough. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast - good to choose the time you want to eat and what do you want to eat :-) There are many friendly and helpful people working there.

The location was just perfect! We had a superior room and it was super nice - we traveled with a baby and a dog and it was very comfortable. Also great breakfast and we appreciated the late check out!
