Very good location, everything is close or has great connection. Very helpful and lovely staff. Nice varied breakfast and a surprise - a light meal in the evening. We had two rooms, both were clean and had everything we needed, however one was without a window which was not what was shown in the photos (both should have windows).

I think the ventilation was too poor, so the air 'smelled' a little. Also, the window in one of the rooms was a fake window, so there was no daylight, which is ok for a short sightseeing stay, but I'd be tired after longer time. Last thing, there was something with the card reader at the door. Sometimes, the door were closed, sometimes not.

Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of both Norwegian and International foods to choose from. Room was a good size, and the bed very comfortable. Multiple USB charging ports by the bed and on the desk were very handy.

The hot food at breakfase wasn't that hot, unless just served. The plug leaked badly, so much so that it ran out faster than the tap could fill the basin. No drawers or similar to unpack your case, so you have to live out of your case. No outside view, all windows look out onto the atrium above the restaurant area.

It’s in a great central location near all the major tourist sites as well as great cafes, restaurants and shops, was extremely good value, has friendly and helpful staff and our room ( junior suite) would be best described as sumptuous. We had loads of room ( great for all our luggage / bike), a generous sized and well appointed bathroom, a large balcony with table and chairs offering views over Parliament and gardens, a minibar, coffee machine and even a kettle. The latter being missing in nearly all hotels we’d previously stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo.

Nothing to dislike

the hotel is located in a prime location! 5 min walk from the national theater train station and 7 min from the marina where the view is wonderful and the restaurants are great. and 10 min walk from the palace. breakfast was versatile and had a huge selection of food. staff is super friendly and accommodating.

elevators are a little small and in “rush hour” for breakfast it may require some waiting for but you can always take the stairs :) coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area and drip coffee was just terrible as a coffee lover I’d expect during a 5 days stay that it’ll be fixed.

It’s location to the city and activities. A three minute walk to the waterfront. It is a little more expensive but worth the splurge. Great breakfast buffet. Monday through Thursday the have a complementary light dinner (soup, bread, cold cuts and salad). We were in a suite on the 5th floor and the windows blocked most of the street noise. On site parking was very handy. The front desk sells all versions of the Oslo Pass.

This is a modern hotel centrally located in Oslo across from the Parliament. It's a 5 minute walk to the T-bane, airport train station, and ferry. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional with non-dairy milk, gluten free choices, and smoked salmon. I noticed that it was selected for the Rick Steves Best of Scandinavia tour. I appreciated the clean, hardwood floors which kept my allergies to a minimum. There's a convenience store (not affiliated)a few doors away which was helpful.

I suppose a discount would be appreciated.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - between both harbours and near the Royal Palace. The views from the 7th floor lounge area are excellent. Rooms are spacious and maid service daily is good. Mattresses are very comfortable and the showers have good water pressure. Room had a free safe and mini fridge. TV had access to Netflix (subscription required which we already had at gome so simply logged in). This hotel has a relaxation lounge on the 7th floor which has free tea, coffee, water, sparkling water, fruit and trail mix. The breakfast served each morning is brilliant and very high quality with gluten/dairy free options available. Staff are super friendly.

Very nice Hotel in central location and just an easy walk to central area. An easy 10 minute walk to the railway station, good efficient check in . Elevators to room which was a nice size with modern furnishings. Bathroom and shower great with good toiletries supplied. Bed & pillows nice and clean and very comfortable. Excellent soundproofing and very quite. Breakfast in lovely setting with great choice of foods. Staff service excellent at front desk, cleaning and restaurant. Overall a great choice and would return again.

What a delightful surprise this hotel is! I stay in Oslo a lot and try a variety of hotels as I go and this is one of definitely go back to. It’s well located, a ten min walk from Oslo central station or three minutes from National Theatre and when you arrive the staff are friendly and helpful. The room (standard queen room) was compact but well laid out and both it and the bathroom were sparkling clean. Breakfast was excellent with a superb choice for everyone, eating intolerances included. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful and made the morning experience a lovely way to start the day.

Couldn’t fault it!!

Nice hotel at the center of the Oslo. 10 min walk to central station. Room a bit small, but we came there just to sleep, so don't really matter. No drawers to put clothes in, at least our room didn't have it and no chair to sit. Big table occupied lots of space (waste of space, I didn't come there for business). No hair conditioner or body lotion (bring your own). Breakfast is really good and during week days they also do light evening meal (very nice).
