Room was dusty. TV shut down every 10 minutes.

I booked a twin room (single bed) by accident and was given a accessible room. Luckily I given a accessible room. I was happy just having a double bed. Not sure about the room. Big heavy door in the bathroom opens toward to main door (blocks door and exit in an even of a fire), my mum uses a wheel chair and she could not open either door quickly. Ledge from Tiles to carpet could be tricky in a wheel chair too and could cause a chair to tip. No place in bathroom for toilet bag, towel rack up too high and no mirror at a chair height (people in chairs like to check how they look before leaving the room). Crumbs not cleaned up under bedside table! Think dust under bed!

The location, right on the waterfront opposite the ferry is great, as is the walking distance to buses, shopping, restaurants and museums. The suite we stayed in was spacious with plenty of room for two people to spread out comfortably over a long weekend. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and afternoons just looking out the huge 180 degree windows at the waterfront. The staff were friendly, helpful and always approachable.

"Modern, funky" design decisions to not have a fully private toilet space in the sleeping/bathroom area is not what I expect in a suite of this price. I mean, for extra 50 bucks during construction, go buy a door and hang it in the loo.

I liked the valet parking, its bar and restaurant and its 24 hrs room service. The location was very central, close to britomart, ferry terminal and the viaduct. Loved the Staff who were welcoming and very helpful. There was a taxi stand straight outside the hotel. Ubers can pick you up right outside the hotel with ease.

It does get alittle noisy at nyt, with traffic beeping horns but i stayed on a saturday so it might be alittle different on other days. The rooms could do with some sound proofing to block out the noise. Other than alittle bit of noise its an amazing place to stay.

Perfect location with on-site parking: Having a convenient carpark on site is a great advantage, especially in busy city areas like Auckland. Very friendly staff, friendly and welcoming staff enhanced the overall experience of our stay. Breathtaking views from the room. Easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. It allowed us to explore the city on foot. The proximity to the Viaduct was another positive aspect. Having a cool bar on the hotel's ground floor, was convenient and gave us the opportunity to socialize and unwind with pre and after-drinks without having to leave the premises.

We couldn't fault the hotel or our stay at all, the only thing I would note is the noise from the surrounding venues. If you are a bit precious about sleeping, probably not the best option as you could hear a bit of music till around 3 am, not loud, just noticeable.

I chose this hotel due to the glowing reviews I read and due to its location as I was traveling without my own transportation. I have to say, I so loved my holiday stay here, especially as a single woman traveling alone. The staff are kind and I felt so well taken care of. The service is impeccable and the robot is super cute that delivers after-hours room service. The bar has amazing drinks and the food at Beast and Butterfly is scrumptious. It's perfectly situated for every trip across the harbor on the ferries or other excursions-just walk across the street and down the road a minute or two! I loved my room so much - I booked a luxurious 10 day getway over the holidays and got to enjoy it immensely and that super comfy bed. I would stay here again in a millisecond and I likely will.

Everything was amazing!

We loved our stay at MSocial. I had stayed before and had found the location was perfect and close to everywhere we wanted to go to. Easy check in with friendly staff and our luggage was delivered to our room. Our room was clean and comfortable and I really loved the view. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and had drinks the previous evening outside on the deck. The reception staff were helpful, booking our taxi on departure. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Auckland.

M Social is perfectly located in Auckland’s CBD. It is very easy to walk around the downtown area. The hotel is located almost across the street from the main ferry terminal so it is very easy to travel to other parts of Auckland and surrounding areas. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. each room has a view of the Auckland harbour. There are many great restaurants within easy walking distance of M Social.

Loved everything about this property. Will definitely stay here again.

Blown away by M Social. Wasn't too sure what to expect as we remember an old hotel used to be in the same spot before. But the reviews sounded good so we decided to give it a try. It was amazing! Service was excellent, the hotel was fabulous and dinner at Beast & Butterflies was amazing!! Followed by hot chocolate and coffee at the bar after dinner then off to the room. Ordered dessert for the kids through room service and it came on this cool robot and they were in awe! Little treats welcomed us to the room as we celebrated two birthdays on this trip. Every room faces the water and on a sunny afternoon, the view was spectacular. Decent sized rooms as well, and a nespresso type of coffee machine was in the room as well. Extra points from my husband. Hotel was easy walking distance to everything at the Viaduct. Breakfast was lovely and valet parking was easy to sort out as well. The family loved it and we plan to return again!

Hotel is directly across the street from Princes Warf where our cruise ship docked. Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were accommodating and provided everything I asked for. Early check in, adapter for US, dishes/cutlery for our morning breakfast in our room, late check out and storing our luggage when we checked out. Our room had a fridge, so we bought yogurt and cereal for breakfast each morning. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food, we ate supper there twice. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lots of plugs in the room and USB ports. Loved having a coffee maker in the room and kettle for hot water. Hot chocolate provided and bottles of water.

Occasionally the shower went cold for a second or two.
