There are no staff on location but they were easy to reach and really helped me when I needed it. (My luggage got lost during the air transfer and was sent to me two days later, which really complicated things because of course I was not at the room during the day and didn't know where to have it delivered. The manager (Diana) recieved the delivery herself while I was at my conference, brought the suitcase to my room and kept me updated throughout.)

The windows can only be opened a tiny bit so it's difficult to properly air the room.

Excellent location, close to main shopping and food streets and a 5-7 minute walk from the main city bus station. The room was also stocked with everything needed for a short stay - kitchen utensils, cooking pots, cleaning supplies, extra bedding. We also availed of the laundry room, easily managed via an app on your phone and very reasonably priced (2.50-3.50 eur per wash/dry cycle).

The bed was not the most comfortable

New apartment with a central location and all the facilities I needed. It was very convenient that they made a good bike available for a reasonable price. Diana was very helpful.

Check-in information was confusing and sent too late, creating a stressful situation. It was annoying that I had to keep signing in for the (good) wifi. Once should suffice.

This location is best for the person who know cooking and can mange himself without much assistant. Stay is very good and very well within reach of city and Value for money

Room size is good. Good Kitchen. The studio is in a good location surrounding with many supermarket and restaurants.

The bed is too soft it made back pain when you wake up, also the pillow is really hard.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and well-equipped apartment. Clear instructions also for independent check-in. Possibility to rent a bike.

It would have been nice with a more comfortable chair in the room, apart from the kitchen chairs.

Staff is very kind and always ready to help. The room was very confortable and with all the facilities need to have a nice stay. The position is excellent. It is very close to the bus station.

Super convenient location. We walked everywhere. Easy for bus connections to train and then airport.

Views were poor but no other issues. Would still stay here again.

The studio room is comparatively good, with a built-in kitchen and utensils.

The bed may be the only thing that should be improved as it is too soft.

The room was nice and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The extra towels, clean sheets and napkins were very useful.

Just the time for check out. It would be nice if it's 12 instead of 10am.
