Hotel 't Paviljoen

Just a 50m drive to Amsterdam and 1h20m to Kuekenhof/ Liesse Tulip gardens, but three times cheaper then touristy hotels in Ams or Rotterdam. Very green and beautiful location. rooms are very comfortable with balcony, heavy curtains, soundproof doors, coffee and tea complementary. Best warm breakfast with wonderful service personal, you have everything you need to eat in a European breakfast. very family friendly, kids room full with toys, creative stuffs, tv with couch and full of kids movies, pool (pay a small amount to play).

Toilets wash basin were quite small but usable.

Breakfast was very nice and good quality although the price seemed a little high. The beds were comfortable, the shower was very good too, and it was nice to have a small private balcony too.

The 'double' bed was two single beds pushed together and not fastened in the middle so they would slip apart a bit and make a gap in the middle. The nice fancy coffee machine with capsules only came with powdered creamer in the room, even though at breakfast downstairs they had all the liquid creamer you could want in capsules. The room is a touch on the small side, but it was described as a small double and was excellent value, and there is also a slight bit of noise from the road but again this was explained and expected.

Beautiful little hotel surrounded by nature and next to a zoo. Downtown Rhenen offers entertainment and shopping not too far away. The restaurant and facilities are beautifully decorated. The rooms are small, but comfortable with plenty closet space.

There is a step, about 10 cm high leading up to the bathroom door and if you are not aware of that it could pose some danger stepping out of the bathroom. Even tough the breakfast offers a decent variety, it is still very pricey at €17 per person, especially if one doesn't eat much in the morning

High quality accommodation in a beautiful setting. Friendly helpful staff, lovely area to sit outside and enjoy drinks and sunshine, fabulous restaurant with high quality food.

I would have preferred inside space for our touring bikes but the staff advised that the bikes being locked up outside would be secure with the main gates being locked and a security guard overnight. The bikes were, of course, perfectly fine. It is just that the bikes constituted our whole holiday!

Liked the fact we were on the top floor with an excellent sized room and view with a small balcony. Breakfast was great with sufficient hot food to selct from the buffet. The location, being a 100 yards from the entrance of ouwehands dierenpark (Zoo) and next to a pancake house made it that bit more special.

The top floor (3rd floor) had to be walked from the 2nd floor... Our suitcase was very heavy (our fault really) but that almost broke my back! and there was no offer of a "strongman" to help us with the luggage.

Room was amazing. Large bathroom. Very warm. Our daughter felt special as her favorite animal - panda, and it was picture of panda on a wall. :)) also we have to say we had great dinner at htls restaurant and wonderful breakfast with a great selection of food to all taste.

There is lamps by the bed. They are very low and you might bump your head few times. I did :)))). Very small thing and it was not disturbing too much.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I took a couple of beers at the bar, and because they were late with my order, I have been offered one on the house. Nice and cosy lounge.

Room was small, and surprisingly chilly and did not warm up even if I tried turning on the heater. No towels in the room (to be fair, staff provided the towels in 5min after my call). Could not complete the self checkin because of some system issue, but staff came în a couple of minutes and assisted. Overall, fair conditions for a single traveller.

Room was small, but I was alone for one night so that wasn't a problem :) Everything was perfect. Air conditioner was brand new , and was cooling as f...*! I love it! Balcony with ashtray - awesome, simple information about closing balcony door when you smoking ('couse of smoke detector), If you are a smoker you appreciate that ;) Room was very neat, coffee&tea machines, tissues, towels, all perfect. And that breakfast!!! The best breakfast I eat in Netherlands EVER!!! Fresh orange juice, perfect fluffy inside and crispy outside pancakes! The sweetest fruits! Mniam!!!

Really nice rooms with balcony and comfy beds. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was very nice. The hotel has a lounge area for guests. Perfect location for going to the zoo or walking in the area.

The water pressure of the shower was very low. The hotel is next to quite a busy road and if you are a light sleeper you will hear cars outside if you're on the frontside of the building.

Perfect for a one night stay. Food was excellent. Good service from the friendly staff. Good parking for the motorcycle at the rear. Exceptional value at the price. Convenient for the main connecting routes in the area.

No issues at all, apart from the snow, which was beyond the control of the hotel.
