Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Wolfheze

I liked the variety of facilities offered, such as the pool, the possibility to rent sauna and electric bikes for a good price. There weren't too many people, so it is perfect for those looking for a calm and quiet stay. Also, the surrounding area is extremely beautiful and the national park nearby is worth visiting.

Hotel is a bit outdated. For example, the hairdryer in the rpom was ancient and would get really hot to hold. The electric bikes they rented were really good, but it would be nice if they offered a phone holder for easier navigation.

The staff were very nice and worked out a confusion that we needed a 3 person room, not a 2 person one. The hotel was fully booked due to a concert in the local area, but they were able to make it work for a small bed for our son. The hotel itself is very nice. It may need a few upgrades to the carpet but it was minor. There were so nice features with a lounge area and the outside patio.

I was not impressed with the breakfast for it's price. The eggs seemed as if they were powered, not fresh scrambled. There were no options for eggs made to order or fresh squeezed juice. For the money that I spent for brekkie, I expected more.

The location in the middle of the forest was very lovely. It had a swimming pool which was lovely. They have a safe bike shed, very useful for people traveling around by bike like me.

The mattress could have been a bit harder, but not a deal breaker. The smoking area could have been further away from the Caffe, so it wouldn't disturb so much who is enjoying a drink or a meal

It was very cozy, clean and friendly environment. And the staff are very kind and lovely.

The last bus to the hotel ended too early (like around 5:30pm). Then it’s not easy to come back to the hotel unless you have a car.

The reception I believed it was little tired and I need wait for receptionist to finish something in computer about 8,10 minutes to speak with me about my booking ! About this I’m disappointed, and the rest ,the restaurant was very welcome !

Location was perfect and a very peaceful setting in the woods. Perfect in the evenings and the weather certainly helped. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection.

Restaurant and breakfast prices are too expensive. The hotel would do well to lower these prices as I heard many people talking about it. We ended up going out to eat in the end.

We were really well received upon checking-in. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are fairly good. The swimming pool and outdoors are great for families with kids. In general, we had a great time!

We had one evening dinner at the restaurant and the service could have been better - it was too slow and it seemed our table was often forgotten. Very difficult to communicate with the employees. The bathtub was great and super clean but the shower itself had almost no pressure and the water was tepid. It wasn't really hot despite the tap displaying 50 degrees celsius. All in all having a shower or a bath was a little unpleasant experience.

Loved being out in nature - beautiful grounds! All amenities were modern. Heated swimming pool for the kids was a super bonus! Loved our private balcony - super kid friendly!

Staff very helpful, hotel spotlessly clean. Located in the most beautiful area. Delicious breakfast.

No large bath towels in room. Paper cups in room for tea and coffee. Rooms looking a little tired now

Room was very comfy and warm. I did not take breakfast. It was close to where I wanted to be.

The price of the food in the evening was not good. I ate out on the other nights. Food was nice but small portions.
