The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Beestenmarkt. The location was excellent - within walking distance to the central station and other sites in the centre, with shops and dining options surrounding.
As expected in a room just above the beestenmarkt, there was some noise from the street level and people going up and down the stairs by the room entrance. I wasn't too bothered.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with an extremely comfortable bed. The tea in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast was pleasant. The location was great - very close to the center, as well as the train station.
Reception and breakfast are in a separate building (although it's just around the corner). Bathroom was a bit small.

perfect location, beautiful sight from the window, calm even though is a busy surrounding. Lovely break fast, friendly staff. My key was waiting for me in a safety box because I arrived late. No problem at all!
toilet and shower are a little small. Ok if you're one person at the room.

Staying at a traditional and old Dutch building with a great view was an amazing experience. Well located, pretty close to the Mill, canals and to the Central Station. The room is charmy and comfortable. The team was attentive and replied to my requests.

The hotel was well situated and had charming rooms. The decor was on point. The bed was comfy and the superior room was very spacious.
The size of the regular rooms and the bathrooms in general were on the smaller side. I would say if you are not an average size person (both height and weight) then you will find yourself in a tetris game.

v central and typical Dutch style building. clean and nice to be able to make a cuppa first thing in the morning
1 pillow per person is never enough! stairs v steep so could be difficult for someone less mobile that us.
