Lovely and spacious, facilities were lovely and lovely view of the city, the receptionists could speak our language and were polite and professional and very apologetic for the delays in checking in, which we were grateful for! Beds were clean and comfortable

We weren't able to check in till 4 as the explanation was they still hadn't cleaned the rooms even though check in was at 3 did give us a free drink in exchange bit after a 10 Hour drive from the UK it was a bit shattering and just wanted a bed. The walls aren't completely soundproof, you can here walking from floors above and hallway at night The parking is advertised as included but was not had to pay an extra 15 euros and you can't use your car during the parking session otherwise it charges you again. Spa facilities have a 100% nude policy which isn't advertised on booking.com which was a bit surprising!

Loved the size of bedroom and wet room bathroom. Our room was definitely disabled access so not sure if all rooms are like this. Very clean, spacious. Restaurant/bar has amazing views from 12th floor. Location is great, next door to Leiden Centraal and opposite Leiden University Medical Centre. It is a 10 min walk from centre of town.

We came out of Leiden station on Western side...as it turned out the hotel is immediately on your left. But no/poor signage led us to walk around the area for half an hour looking for it. Only when we stood away and looked back did we sign know roof of tower block. Reception is on 12th floor. Bedrooms on floors below so to check out we had to go up before going down.

We were a bit dubious after seeing some of the reviews online, but we found this hotel to be really good. Our room was modern and clean, the bathroom was really good with a powerful hot shower. The train station is behind the hotel, yet we didn't hear any noise at all; the soundproofing was so good. The secure parking for our bicycles was free and easily accessible. It's location is great for Leiden centre which is within easy walking distance and the views from our room over the skyline of Leiden were fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and professional check in staff, ease of checking in and out was perfect. Lovely views from the rooms and the restaurant. Breakfast was very high quality which pleasantly surprised us. Also nice that breakfast had a wide time range from 7 till 11 to allow early and late risers all to enjoy a proper breakfast. Fresh warm bread, fruit kwark and eggs were all high quality. Great coffee machines. We had two large queen size rooms not the standard room. The room was nice and large, bed was very comfortable. Nice coffee and tea in room options. Nice modern sink and the room smelled nice like lavender. Great location right across from the trainstation and within walking distance to Naturalis and CityCentre of Leiden

The room was cold and the temperature was locked we could not turn up the temperature at all. The toilet/shower situation was odd, a glass sliding door that either covered the shower or the toilet and in the middle of the room leaving not much privacy when having to use the toilet. We made reservations in the restaurant for dinner and our ticket got mixed up so we did not all get our food at the same time. The food was not bad, but we had expected a bit more from the style of restaurant and the prices charged. Overal not bad though, just expected a bit more :) Lots of construction around the area around the hotel and station, this is out of your control though!

Room - had great view, it was nice and spatial. Breakfast - tasty and the dinning hall also nice a lot of space. Bed - good size and soft, would not mind having 4 pillows. :D But two were all right too.

My room did not have the hairdryer - not a problem as lovely lady from reception provided me one. But, it would be nice if it would be in the room already. As it was not in be bathroom wall, like in other rooms - that was room 1109. We were on the 11th floor so the lift was a bit confusing - after a while it was fine, but the start to go from one side to another maybe again something to improve in the lift there could be a sign, or more clear guide to the rooms on the 11th? Not sure what else could be done there. Massive thanks to Katy - lady from the reception. She did the checking in, answered all questions on many occasions and was super friendly, helpful and professional. In general it was all great! :D

Decent size room, is a new hotel so has modern decor in good condition, great views, comfy bed, good shower, nice coffee maker. Loved free early morning access to the indoor pool on the 12th floor. Free towels available to borrow at the pool .Staff were friendly. Have already booked to stay there again!

Bar closed at 11. Revolving door giving entrance to the hotel on ground floor stops working at 9pm. You can still get in using a button/intercom, but no one told us this when we checked in! Quite a long walk to get from reception/pool area to our room, involved going down a floor, walking along that floor and then getting the lift back up and then more walking!

The room was incredible clean and comfortable. It even had a Nespresso machine and 4 free coffees every day. The wifi quality was great, I could work a couple of days from the room with no problems at all for the telecoms. The room was spacious, and very modern. Easy to reach as well from the bus and train station and city centre.

Nothing. Everything was great. Perhaps for saying something, the lifts on the far end of the building are useless because in the morning the doors at the ground floor are closed. Perhaps they should add a label saying "ground floor not accessible". That would have save me a couple of trips in the lifts.

Next to station. Nice walk to the botanical garden and city centre. Breakfast good. Receptionist rather helpful .

To reach my hotel room, I need to go at length to go to the 11th floor. Hassle. I cannot use hotel facility such as pool .. unheard of for hotel..and we paid full hotel price.. will feedback review on tripadvisor. Difficulty to get to hotel due to train station requires a ticket to access the building. No fridge! Only 2 paper cups. The sink looks yucky.

A little hard to find the entrance unless you had been before. Because the hotel occupies a few floors of a high rise building it would help to have some better signage. When arriving from the station at night we walked around outside looking for the way in until a passerby kindly informed us how to find the front door. It would be helpful to show a photo of the front entrance on a prominent place on the website.
