Hotel VILLA GROET0

Friendly welcome by staff, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. Large window that we could open for ventilation at night time. Terrace in front of the hotel and restaurant with great views over the water. Great location!

After Hong Kong this was the smallest room we ever stayed in. Our room was located near the main road, so quite some sound from traffic starting in the early morning. We were charged tourist tax at check-in, even though this was a small amount it should have been included already as during booking through Booking.com it mentioned that the price was including all taxes and fees.

The location is excellent, especially the terrace with the restaurant facilities. The beds were among the best. Staff was great, about all of them apologised for the long wait for our main course. It seems it was forgotten.

The room itself is pretty basic, that's ok. Everything is there and clean. The other guests make some noise climbing the stairs, etc. This has to do with way the stairs fit in the system: they are not isolated from the rest.

The team couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was excellent and very substantial. The restaurant in the evening was also excellent. It was great to take our dog without an extra charge - some hotels at 15+ euros per night which is excessive. The hotel is a great central location for touring around Noord Holland. We particularly liked Hoorn - a few km away. Free parking nearby was also a bonus

The room was compact with little space for baggage or storage but, the hotel is of excellent value, so one shouldn't expect palatial grandness.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel cosy and clean, my dog was also treated with friendliness. The village is cute.

it was bit of a suprise that the breakfast wasn't included in the hotel room fee when I arrived. The breakfast was always on time and individually set up. I would prefer a buffet type of breakfast where you can choose what kind of bread or youghurt you want.

The Hotel service was pretty good and very nice. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast at the restaurant (where the hotel is part of). The room was very clean, the bed was big and cozy. We slept really good.

The room is pretty small, but for the good price it was totally fine :)

The place is lovely. The beds are comfortable and the shower has a good water pressure.

The only thing I didn't like is that the room has two single beds put together, so if you are traveling as a couple, you'll have to sleep separately

Room was great and very confortable and clean, Breakfast is very good. The staff was very patient, I was very late with the arrival and they waited for me, contacted me and I thank you for the kindness. All the staff is very nice.

Nice location, easy to get to by car, very friendly staff, good breakfast.

The hotel is above a restaurant, so it can be noisy sometimes. Rooms are small.

The room a bit tight just enough room to walk around the bed, no where to put luggage so if there was 2 of us it would be a nightmare. No tv.

The room had great views of the marsh and wildlife. The veranda was nice to sit out there and enjoy the sun set.

Our coffee maker had issues or there was operator error.
