Hôtel Club Val d'Anfa Casablanca Ocean view

The view from the room balcony was absolutely stunning and lived up to it's expectation.

When I got to the hotel I was told the room would be a garden view and that breakfast was not included even though I explained I selected both things as I was making the booking. After insisting on a sea view I got it but I was told again breakfast was not included. On the morning of checking out the electricity, lighting etc which was switched on by the access door card tiimed out at 10:45am which I had to shower in a very dark bathroom. Very irritating. The experience should have been a lot nicer and more user friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in my business trip. The hotel has 2 buildings and one of them is very old. The front desk offered me the first night if I wanted to change the room. I booked the suite but it was in the old building and I changed it to a standard room with a little ocean view on the balcony but it smelled very bad and was very noisy until midnight. The next day I wanted to check out but another man at the front desk named Hamze did not allow me to leave and offered me a very nice room with direct sea view on the top floor. I would like to thank him for this favor and spent a very quiet and good night the second night.

The breakfast was very poor. Poor Wifi.

Location, cleanliness, the amazing helpful staff And value for money. I arrived late evening close to midnight and needed somewhere to sleep. As I’ve stayed at this hotel before their services are impeccable, very clean and the location is a thousand times better and safer at the va’l dnfa hotel right at Ain diab beside the seaside. Fresh breeze of fresh air and safe to walk out at night police patrolling the area at the time. McDonald and kfc down the road so a late night bite or eat at the hotel with traditional dishes. Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool beside the breakfast eating lounge. You can even sleep in without getting disturbed until 12/1pm check out if you’re going book request the pool view or sea view AMAZING!!!!! Especially when u sit out on the balcony so relaxing. I loved everything about it

Location was perfect for long walks along the beachfront in either direction. Money exchange and bank machine in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Pretty standard it seemed for most of the hotels we stayed in Morocco. Had dinner twice and it was pretty good. Nice rooms with coffee makers and TV with 3 english channels. Close to local restaurants and small cafes and not far from the large Mall. Interesting to see the Giant Aquarium inside the mall but just like a mall in the US although they did have a big marjane supermarket where you could buy almost anything. Tram was a 10 minute walk straight down the beachfront. Small but nice pool, We had an ocean view room then switched to a pool view. The rooms facing the street were apparently really noisy so pay the small amount for the upgrade. Friendly staff, especially the lady at the front desk.

Spa and fitness center were closed and apparently have been for a while. Only reason I gave it a 9.

I had the chance to enjoy of a very comfortable, wide and clean room on my four days of stay as well as of a very nice service, friendly staff, but the best of all was to experience of an abundant and rich variety of breakfast every morning, sharing smiles with staff and other customers, all inside a relaxing smooth piano music atmosphere. I want to send a big thank you to all the staff working hardly in the restaurant, and I want to remark the great job of Messieur Aziz Chaira, Senior Waiter, always going the extra mile with most of the customers, keep him always as the good service will be guarantee with him. Also important to mention, the lunchtime with its Mediterranean and Moroccan Cuisine which I enjoyed too much.

Very sad to experience a very low WiFi signal inside the room, all the time I saw myself frustrated tryig to complete some activities and work in my laptop. The hotel should improve this as many customers need a reliable Internet service to work.

We booked a room with Ocean View which was excellent. The location is a distance from the station and other areas but trams and buses were excellent and cheap. Variety of eating options including separate restaurant as part of building. Walks along promenade/beach In both directions. Breakfast excellent buffet.

Quite a busy traffic area but noise wasn't an issue for us. Slightly chaotic breakfast organisation at times with shortages of cups and spoons - very amusing!

Buffet breakfast was nice with lots of bread products and fruit. On-site dining options were convenient. Location to the beach and lots of restaurants and walking promenade was wonderful. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful.

The noise from other guests slamming doors and yelling was annoying. Internet was very undependable in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby to get consistent connection. A few things in the room need maintenance, such as the balcony door not closing properly.

Great location, Oceanview room was very spacious with decent balcony, swimming pool was very clean and chairs readily avaliable. From our balcony we could watch the sun set, the locals on the beach playing football. Awesome views!! The food was excellent as we're the cocktails! Bar staff at the pool bar were excellent, very friendly and welcoming, and on to it. The bed was huge, firm, and very comfy with plenty of pillows. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Nothing was a problem for staff. We decided to stay an extra night, 3 in total, our ocean view room was not available so we took another room for our last night and it was very suitable and even had ocean view also Convenience store around the corner easy walk and many restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again and will recommend it.

Room replenishment not consistent, hit and miss. No english/black tea, so take your own. Only 1 stick of instant coffee provided and no milk or cremer. No daily water, only 2 small bottles on the first day. All other places we have stayed provide water daily as water is not suitable for drinking

Beautiful marble decorations with traditional Moroccan details with rich mahogany wood furnishings. Hotel has been renovated over the years but retains an old medina ambience (lovely traditional art work was rich with culture). Authentic hand woven rugs decorated the room. Room was spacious with a great view of the ocean. Very attentive and polite staff. Restaurant service and food was also very good. Room temperature was great and no air conditioning or heat was required . Would definitely stay here again.

It would be good to cover the pools that are no longer in use or closed for the season as it takes away from the view of the gardens and ocean

We had a family room at this hotel. Huge, comfortable room with additional storage space for bags etc and large bathroom. We were initially given a room which smelled of cigarette smoke (I did not think to specify a non-smoking room when booking), but this was quickly rectified when mentioned to the staff and they immediately gave us a non-smoking room. Great pool, a gym and good breakfast. Short taxi ride to the Hassan II Mosque and Morocco Shopping Centre. Also a great beach club nearby.

No issues at all. Interesting music choices for dinner time ;)
