Clean, cheapest option for its kind

The neighborhood is terrible. somebody got murdered in the street. the dead body was still there…

Senior manager was affable and helpful, kitchen staff were kind and helpful, good location and pool

Fire alarms need batteries, slow internet only available in the main area. Hot tub not functional. Another guest bothered me, even knocking on my room, but the management handled it gracefully. Excellence of management and staff made up for any problems

Simple, unpretentious and with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the WiFi connection in the room was very unstable, so if you need to be keeping up with work things at home, you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise perfectly adequate stay.

Beautiful little hotel outside of the tourist traps of Cancun. Nothing fancy, but everything just worked and was very clean. Great value and location. The only thing bad is it is next to an overpass, but it didn't really effect my sleep. Great place to stay to experience the local flavor. There is a really good little restaurant across the street that makes the best burrito you will ever have !!!

There was no hot water in the room, but with the heat down here it isn't really that big of a deal. No wifi in the rooms...just in the common areas...again...not a big deal considering the great nightly rates.

I picked this for the location. We came up from Tulum and we’re leaving very early the next morning. I wanted to get across to Isla Mujeres and this was a short cab ride to the ferry. Upon our return we walked back from the ferry terminal and it was about a 15 minute walk- not bad. The room and bathroom were clean and the basic accommodations were great for a quick overnight stay. The airport is 20 mins away.

There was no hot water in the shower. It was barely warm. I was unable to check in early.

Even though the rooms were cleaned every day, the floor was totally dirty immediately after cleaning. When you walk from the shower to the bed barefeet, by the time you get there your feet are dirty again. They change towels every day which is not necessary and not sustainable at all. Chlorine smell in the rooms We missed some tables for our belongings They don't speak English well The sink was leaking Mini fridge in the room would be helpful

The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed upon request eg. an iron. We had an issue with our aircon and they immediately moved us to another room. The cleaners were brilliant. We had hot water for showers and the Wi-Fi in the lobby is very strong.

I know other guests did have issues with their air conditioning as well.

The place was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus station and a walking distance from the ferry to the Isla Mujeres.

Location was great as it was on the outskirts of downtown with many shops and restaurants, and then within walking distance of the beach.

Nice, clean ,very calm. Good interior, nice staff

No luggage storage shortly before or shortly after stay. Arrived an hour early and couldn't go out for a walk but instead stayed with luggage in lobby.
