Adhara Hacienda Cancun

The location is perfect, it's a 10 minute walk from ADO, the pool is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious and diverse. Huge beds and beautiful rooms.

The reception staff were not helpful at all. The night we checked in we saw that the floor of the lift was sticky and smelly as if someone spilled a drink inside. We didn't mind it thinking that someone would clean it up over night. Unfortunately we took the same lift in the morning and the spillage was still there. We went to reception to let them know it needs cleaning and they said we should take the other lift.

Huge room, huge bed, great shower and balcony over looking the pool Excellent buffet breakfast. Real coffee machine. 10 minute walk from Ado Bus Station. Great little restaurant just a few minutes walk from the hotel served cold beer and tacos

Very friendly staff, we checked-in in the middle of the night (new years eve) and there was a party going on but they switched off the music at 1am so we could go to sleep :) room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was good with a huge shower! breakfast was very diverse and tasted good, there was enough parking right outside the hotel. the location is a short walk from the busy area of Cancun, there are also a few restaurants in the same street!

we had a corner room which probably made it much more quiet, but still as everywhere in mexico it was a bit noisy. also the breakfast was completely overcrowded on the second day, maybe better to move this to a more spacious area!

Love the location, the amazing staff. Mauro the concierge, Fernanda at the front desk, Miguel, Jose, everyone is do cheerful, eager to make sure your stay is excellent. The rooms where besutiful. I stayed here the first week of August and my room overlooked the pool on the 4th floor. BEAUTIFUL! Located on the left wing as you enter lobby which is beautifully decorated and lit with precisely aimed lighting, architectural details and lit slabs of stone that just glow and make the ambient environment look unique. My last week I stayed in the right wing also overlooking pool, this had a quiter more serene feel. Love them both. Love their green juice available only at breskfast. Also they have a FREE SHUTTLE included in your stay to take you at 11 am to BEACH CLUB MANDALA And bring you back at 4pm. Gotta let the front desk know you want to go and be in the lobby by 10:40 am. They only have one shuttle that's it, so get your name in. No water ir drinks allowed. They charge at The Beach Club 400 MXN which covers food and drink. It was beautiful and fun. I wish the dinning would stay open until midnight instead of closing at 10pm. Breakfast buffet also closes at 10:30 am. Would've been great for it to stay open until noon.

This is an excellent place! Lots to walk to in Cancun city and a short taxi or shuttle to the beach, much better than staying in the hotel zone. Super safe and just very beautiful. I couldn’t believe how clean it was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I am a clean freak believe me I’d say if it wasn’t clean, this place was spotless. I just loved it. Soriana supermarket, XXOX and many many cute restaurants in walking distance. Pool was incredible

Really there was nothing at all I didn’t like. Not a thing.

loved the pool loved the breakfast buffet loved the shuttle to the beach. loved the gym loved the cleanliness

requested a room with balcony facing the pool and didn’t get one even though it looked like there were lots of free ones available. we travel from so far so don’t want a window to view rough looking parking lot area. staff needs to smile more. hard beds.

Food - A caesar salad consisting of a cos lettuce with a ring of red pepper wrapped around it sprinkled with grated cheese and Caesar sauce was disappointing. Breakfast buffet (paid for B/B) . Some of the pastries were used up so I went back a little later to the restaurant area and was refused access unless I paid for them

The pool was very nice, the housekeeping was fantastic, the restaurant is very quick. The breakfast was a buffet but it looked like you could also order specialty items. My rate included breakfast in it but I don’t know that I understood very well what that entailed. I would just book the regular room rate next time. The shower was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable.

I chose this because it mentioned a shuttle to and from the airport - it ended up not being needed because there is a bus nearby that goes directly to the airport every 30 minutes but it seemed like incorrect information on the site.

Hotel location was calm and it was good place to relax. Pool area was OK, there was clean everywhere and staff was very polite and helpfull.

Gym was rather small. Some mornings breakfast restaurant was coplitely full.

The hotel was quite nice. The pool was nice. The hotel was upscale.

The area seems safe but not very interesting with only one restaurant down the street. There are others a few blocks away but i only discovered that at the end of my stay. The main drag is about 1 km away past the ADO bus station where you will find many cafes but there is not much information to point you that way at the hotel. You do not really know where to go. They could also give more information about beaches to visit in the hotel zone. I had to discover that on my own.
