Keep important items with you, the cleaning lady folded my clothes. I didn’t ask her to she just did. Not sure how i feel about that. I had an apple Air tag on my desley luggage and it was gone. I did not notice until i went to the airport and my desley tag was gone. Not happy about that. I got my air tag to keep track of my carry on luggage. So it was on there before i left America. I stayed for a week and they brought clean towels and fixed that bed. They definitely went through my items. Again, not happy

Good location, nice breakfast and food. Very polite staff.

Noisy area, there isn't much to do about this though. Missed more electrical outlets in the room.

modern hotel, nice rooms, great balcony view, good breakfast

they did have beach access which is why we booked the hotel. but then we found out that we have to pre-book 24 hours before. and that there is only 2 shuttle buses going in the morning and they go back to the hotel 6-7 hours after. which means that you have to spend the whole day in the beach hotel.

Very clean and perfect to be close to the city. They provide a shuttle to the beach every day. I could definitly retiurn to this hotel. Personal work well

Sunset view from room. Sunrise view from pool. Pool was the best facility with lounge beds and chairs and a bar with music. Staff was helpful and wifi worked well everywhere. Location was safe and parking was secure. Breakfast buffet was good, my favorite was yogurt granola fruit section and the hot chocolate! Free covid antigen test for guests staying 3 nights and traveling to US.

Elevators were slow, waiting 5 min or more. Towels in room were old. Room had a shared door so could hear everything next door. Pool should have pool towels to offer. Location is nice but requires a rental car/taxi to get to hotel zone.

The shopping mall with a bunch of restaurants is 400m from the hotel If you want to explore Mexican life but be in a safe zone, this hotel is perfect for you The food in the restaurant is good. Pork ribs are perfect

Really good breakfast and it is close to local restaurants (much cheaper than the ones in the hotel zone).

We bought the beach club access but booking the free shuttle to the beach can be difficult. There are not many places. I suggest you decide the days you want to go to the beach as soon as you arrive and alredy place the booking.

The property was new and clean. The service provided was efficient and professional. The property is easy to get to and located close enough to all of the areas of interest that it was not inconvenient. You will need transportation to make use of this property properly.

The property has some odd policies. Only 1 keycard was provided per room. When we asked for an additional card, we were denied. The wearing of wristbands is required. The elevators are small and 4 people with bags was a snug fit.

The staff were very helpful The breakfast was very good The big bonus is the beach access , bus runs everyday or you can make your way there

Do not get the bell boys to get you a taxi . They are in with the taxi drivers and charge 3-4 times the actual price !!!
