What we enjoyed the most was our oceanfront room, the food, views and vibe on the rooftop deck, the food and service in general and that you can go to the other Palace properties. We also enjoyed wine and rose champagne delivered to the room. We loved our day trip to Isla Mujeres Palace.
We DID NOT like that the elevators were crowded with many not wearing masks. This needs to be enforced, we did not feel safe at times on the elevator! Maybe put signs out in front of the elevator entrances stating masks are mandatory on the elevator as they are in the buffet. This is more the fault of the guests but more firm signage is needed.

The location and beach is amazing. Wish there was an area by one of the pools, that is designated Adults Only. We have been a few times but this was the first time where we had unpleasant interactions with unruly families everywhere. Screaming and and spilling in the pool. Sitting in service areas...etc Even at the nicer restaurants screaming kids just acting ridiculous( I know this is more the parents Fault then the resorts,but having Adult only areas/dining times would completely fix the issue)

At dinner time the cuisine was superb, others were also good, but the dinner were another level.
Long wait times to get a drink delivered to your room or to the pool, at one point we were given the menu to order and the waiter never came back. Also the big arch in the main pool is obtrusive, it blocks the view to the ocean.

Proximity to the beach was excellent and the activities and events were of a high quality. The staff were super friendly and always happy to meet your needs. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food was delicious.
More activities for teens. Perhaps a youth area or activities for teens to meet and hang out. The gym area was too small to do a proper workout as there was hardly any floor space.

gym a little small. we had a terrible service with their transport from the hotel, I would not recommend that. there could be more elevators or at least a possibility to use stairs. in high season we had to wait quite some time to get into the restaurant we wanted.

Our 12 night stay in Beach Palace was incredible. It was perfection on all counts - staff were constantly smiling and helpful, our bedroom was very spacious, always cleaned and the jacuzzi was a treat. Food - very varied and very tasty - Bocelli being a favourite. Entertainment - from pool activities to night time were super. The beach and pool always clean and luxurious. We would highly recommend Beach Palace!!

I loved the location and all the facilities. It is just the perfect place for families with children. The staff is very nice, especially Paul from the Entertainment Team. The activities and shows are great. We also liked the different restaurants. We will come back.
When the customers arrive, it would be great if somebody would explain more about the hotel, show us around and explain more details about the restaurants, shows etc.

The property was great ! It was right on the beach. The lagoon view was amazing too especially at nights. I really like that they have a kids club that made our trip even more fun because the kids loved the activities at the kids club.
The property could do with some modern upgrade but that doesn’t really take away the value and experience.
