The place, and the facilities are beautiful and in very good condition. And the food was delicious!!
It is understandable that due to the health emergency there are not enough staff, but unfortunately the few staff in the hotel are not fully trained, with also tired staff that we constantly had to look for to ask to clean the tables and lounge chairs, that other guests left dirty and that the staff did not care to clean. It made me really disappointing and too costly to have to pay 500 pesos for the lounge chairs on the beaches, one as a guest pays not only for the room but also for the use of the intsalations of the hotel, and now you are force to pay for something that should be a right as a hotel guest, totally unfair!

The hotel is partially under modernization, it will be looking very modern in a few months. Restaurants are really good, the Italien excellent. Staff is very kind and assisting, we got late checkout which was very important for us. Swimming pools are good and nice. Rooms are fine, currently old-fashioned
The first day, after paying for the 3rd person in a room, I asked for a 3rd bottle of water. The answer was: this is a gratitude we give only 2 bottles. I paid about USD 180.00 A bottle is about less than 1 USD.

Shuttle only stopped part way. Needs to stop at tournament site directly. Could do with an information sheet at check-in in multiple languages.

Facilities are very well. Pools are clean and big. Beach club is big and comfortable. Restaurants are excellent, food is delicious. Beverages are nice, but need to improve. Price very well for all inclusive.
Bartenders aren’t so nice, their faces are like they don’t want to provide service, however waiters are very kind and helpful. Front desk service is nice and helpful as well. I was in a all inclusive but some cocktails aren’t included. Time for all inclusive beverages with alcohol finishes until 11pm, did not like it so much I would recommend it to make it until 1am.

Staff is fantastic, extremely helpful. Luz and Manuel at reception as well as Ivan at the beach made my stay really comfortable as they provided me all indications about restaurants, how to reserve the palapas at the beach and how all the Hotel worked. The beach is very clean and was great to have a long walk every morning. Food was really good and you may find all types as you may like. I can really recommend the place

Even though the property is older it is obvious much pride is taken to keep it clean and make sure all amenities are operable.
The faucets did have a drip and are dated, The room AC doesn’t get as cold as I prefer but is still adequately refreshing compared to outdoor ambient. More options for convenience items would be nice . In room refrigerator would be nice , had to keep refrigerated medication on ice.

The staff was nice, I asked for two connected rooms during the booking, they couldn't give me that but they gave me two rooms next to each one. Imperial tower has refurbished rooms but more expensive, pyramid tower still has very old rooms But overall I was satisfied and the family enjoyed.
This resort is lacking of activities for kids, only swimming pools and beach access
