Hotel Costa Azul

It is located in a very quiet and quiet area. ideal for a good rest. Very clean and excellent service, the staff very attentive. There are many options to move to different beaches, attractions and places to eat.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Our room was very big, also the bathroom and especially the shower. The bar tender was very nice (Alejandro). The area of the hotel was beautiful and quiet.

We arrived at 16:30 and were not able to go into our rooms immediately but had to wait 30 min. That's a bit strange for me, as check-in starts at 15:00. We had the possibility to wait at the bar on the pool, but they didn't offer a free coffee or anything for the delay. We arrived after driving the whole day and were really looking forward to enjoy a shower.

The price is unreal for what you get! This is my third trip to Acapulco and I've used this hotel on each of those occasions, I love it. And it's only gotten better this year, because they've got an amazing new cocktail bar by the pool 😍 The cocktails are a little expensive though, but I'm not complaining, because it's a nice new option. The rooms are cleaned daily, very thoroughly, but the staff make sure to give you as much or as little space as you require. They're all very friendly as well. It's located in a good area, within walking distance of the beach, and on the way to the beach, you have A LOT of options in terms of restaurants and bars.

Aside from the aforementioned cocktail prices, I love everything about it 😁

Hotel Costa Azul is our favorite place to stay in Acapulco. Once we discovered this gem in 2016 on a drive from Playa Zipolite to Seattle, well, we just keep coming back. We have now stayed 7 times at the Costa Azul and I'm sure we'll return again. We love the pool, the parking, it's clean, and for the price it's a steal.

The staff was very helpful. They went beyond the normal to see to our needs. The bed was comfy and they helped us get some English channels on the tv. The pool was beautiful, clean and refreshing. WiFi was strong. The water pressure in the shower was good. Their breakfast also was very good. We had a wonderful stay. If you want to visit the beach it is a short walk to the main avenue. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It would be nice if there were towels available at the pool bar. You have to use your room towel.

From the clean, well appointed, comfortable king bed, 54" Sony tv and spacious room to the pool this place was / is awesome. The staff, and there are plenty of them, are friendly and attentive. It's a short walk to the beach but I only went once as I was very comfortable by the pool. There are plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance and felt no concern or fear walking at night. Parking is secure and plentiful. Wifi was strong enough to stream without issues.

Nothing, EVERYTHING was great

The place is very clean. They totally wash it every day. The breakfast is great and the pool is nice with a completely swimmable deep end

One day of our stay the pool bar was completely shut. Otherwise a very good stay.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly . Nice pool area. covered parking spaces next to the rooms. The area seems safe. The smallest lady in the place is in charge if you a problem with the rooms.

Constant cleaning with very strong chemicals ( Cloride+) The outside area was hosed down through the night. They mean well but over the top. This stopped us staying longer.

It´s a very comfotable and quiete hotel, I liked the facilities like new hotel. The staff was very frendly and we could enjoy delicious drinks. The breakfast was delicious too. In general the hotel excceded my expectations.

I didn´t like the terraza bar chairs and tables, it was a little uncomfortables. That was the only thing that I didn´t like

Breakfast was good but difficult to order without good Spanish. The clean pool.

There was no shaded area or umbrellas to sit out of the sun. Providing these would encourage people to sit around the pool more and spend more money.
